The FBI’s “confidential informant” , Jimmy Carter and the October Surprise

As they try their best to downplay the FBI’s role in spying on the Trump campaign, the one name they will never mention is Stefan Halper and there is good reason for that: it ties directly back to an incident back when Bush Sr. was spying on President Carter and trying his best to make sure 52 Americans weren’t released by the Iranians before he could win an election.
