One thing can be said for the post modern, holier-than-thou, self righteous, hypocritical liberal view on racism; they certainly are ‘selective’, liberals collectively deny and/or ignore racism and civil rights violations of all other races and/or ethnic groups but one.
That’s a social engineering ‘agenda’, not a movement based on honesty, civil rights, idealism, justice, or fairness.
In other words – the aforementioned describes abject racial hypocrisy of the very worst stripe; completely unacceptable by any measure. One would have to be ignorant or racist to support it in its current form.

When liberals yammer that ‘not much has changed’ insofar as race is concerned in the last 50 years, they hit the nail squarely on the head – they know what has been described here is accurate, but deny that it is an ‘agenda’ at the very same time.
