Nature is in an eternal state of change, from the largest bolder to the tiniest sprout nothing remains the same. A gentle breeze will reshape the Forest canopy, rain showers bring forth colorful wildflowers. Nature is also a continual catalyst of my evolution. While reviewing my wildlife photographs I realized it was imperative I stop consumption of all animal products. Was the life of a Blue Jay in my photographs of greater value than a chicken being slaughtered for fast food? No! In early 2011 after years of being a Vegetarian and then a Pescetarian I began eating a Vegan plant (or planet) based diet. I felt a burden was lifted from my Soul so I could continue to thrive in all aspects of my life. That simple change created a greater connection to Nature which I try to share via my muses and photography.
