Comments are needed in response to the proposed “ACP Restoration” plan. Let FERC know that Dominion should return the easements for the now cancelled project, and share other concerns with the restoration process.

FERC has opened an office to examine their public participation process – to hear from stakeholders across the country. There is an urgent need for FERC reform – and for those directly impacted to have their voices heard!

Owing to missing “Nationwide” permits, MVP is pursuing “individual” permits from the Army Corps and state agencies
DEADLINE: April 28, 5:00pm
FERC is considering revising its process of reviewing + certifying gas pipelines
DEADLINE: May 26, 4:59pm
After the Nationwide 12 permits for the Norfolk and Huntington Districts were vacated by the courts, Mountain Valley Pipeline lost the ability to cross waterways. They are now pursuing a 401/404 permit with the Army Corps and the Virginia DEQ.
