Is A Bright UFO Light In Texas Linked To An Earthquake?

On June 20, 2010 a person from an area near Milsap, Texas saw a very brilliant light with an amber glow flyng in their skies. Enclosed is a picture from the sighting report from Mufon. The submitter says the time was 1:11:38 PM at the time of the picture. The one piece of information that was also included was the statement that this object was sighted  3 days before the earthquake that struck in that area. It is a controversial but a widely accepted theory, that in an area of seismic activity there tends to be many UFO sightings in the immediate area just prior to the event. Could this be one of those cases, so how and why are these lights in the sky usually connected to seismic activity?

Long Description of Sighting Report

On june 20/10 , as I’ve submitted my first 2 photos with my sighting report , & I’ve overlooked the 3 rd photograph on which it shows a strange cloud ? cone or triangle like shape in the sky’s Southern direction . I’m attaching photos , 1st a zoomed in close up & the original photo . Time : 1:11:38 PM . By the way this is 3 days before the earthquake we had here.
