This sequence shows the Russian President Vladimir Putin attributing the key posts to his crew, the date is May 22nd 2012. In this official interview done by the official russian channel Vesti, over 21 minutes, you can see Vladimir Putin shapeshifting his eyes, his eyes becoming reptilian-shaped, almond-shaped, changing the color of his eyes, and making his retina appear and disappear, showing his reptilian tongue….the question is how is it that the journalists who are face to face with him have not seen that?
