Perflance is the outgrowth of an idea – there has to be a better way of using next-generation tools to manage the inherent problems of outsourcing projects.

Perflance is the original brainchild of Nishant Tyagi. Nishant is the CEO of ArohaTech IT Services, an Indian outsource provider of software application & web development services, where his leadership has resulted in ArohaTech growth of 300% over the last two years. Joining Nishant from California as Strategic Analyst is Robin Retallick with over 40 years of experience as a CEO and company founder in the software services business.
