Do You Care If You Are You Eating Halal Meat Without Realising It?

This is a follow-on from yesterday’s post ‘Subway Forces A Halal Meats Only Policy On British Customers’. I see that the Daily Mail has brought up the subject of halal food again. I know they tend to be ultra critical and sometimes a bit over the top with their reporting but it does seem that other places are selling halal meat without customers being aware of this. They write on the front page of their newspaper dated 8th of May:
The switch to slaughtering animals in line with Islamic ritual saves money because the end product can be eaten by Muslims and non-Muslims alike.
More than 70 per cent of all New Zealand lamb in supermarkets is from halal abattoirs – a fact not stated on labelling. Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Waitrose and Marks & Spencer all confirmed yesterday they sell imported meat.
It also emerged that all chicken served by Pizza Express is halal – something made clear only on the company’s website. Chains including Domino’s, GBK, Nando’s. KFC, Ask and Slug & Lettuce use halal meat in some dishes.”
One thing that stands out about the whole issue, no matter what your views on halal food, is that the food industry is once more pulling the wool over consumers eyes. Often we don’t know what is in our food – remember the UK horse meat fiasco? But, of course, the likes of politicians, governments, media, bankers, drug companies etc also often indulge in a wool pulling trick to varying degrees.
I wonder if this sort of thing is happening in other countries besides the UK?

What the halal are you talking about?
I say….get down and dirty. Go back to making the muslim miserable. Serve them nasty western food. No more sharia law…no more hell meat.

Exactly; tell them to “shut up and eat your bacon!” Wait a minute, I love bacon, bacon is nature’s most perfect food. Let’s not waste bacon on muslims, they’re not worthy!
So what who cares if its Kosher or Halal or USDA inspected.

How about those goat herders that have “relations” with goats? Or, the acid baths they pour on women? How about them stoning people to death?? Then cry about the wrong drugs being given to someone on death row? How about those pedophiles that marry 9 yr old girls? That would be statuatory rape in the west. Not playing the game of the pedophilia political cult!!!
Halal means OK. It means that the meat was drained of blood at death, then cut up. The Bible does say not to eat blood at all. To drain the blood from an animal before it is eaten. Haram means not OK. It means blood was not drained. Halal meat is actually a lot healthier than typical grocery store meat. Blood is dangerous. It is where the soul or life is in an animal, humans included. Soul and life are synonyms. We do not have a seperate immortal soul, as all religions lie about. Scriptures say to return the blood to the ground, thereby returning the soul, or life, back to God. I do NOT, however, think that muslim beliefs should be entering into our lives without our permission. A true Christian would already not be eating meat, and would have nothing to do with religions of any kind. Only Christianity, not Christendom, which is all man made named religions with clergy and a church.
