I haven’t really researched the Talmud or Torah, but I think I will. What is the difference/similarity between them?
The Torah is the first 5 books of the Bible.
Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy.
The Talmud is the teachings of rabbis, compiled 500 years or so after Christ.
The most virulently anti-Christian part is kept in a separate book.
There is no similarity and the difference is the Torah being the inspired word of God whereas the Talmud is the oral traditions of men. Read both, though, because it doesn’t hurt to know what the adversary is saying and the contrast is, in itself, enlightening.
