Dulce, New Mexico is a quite little town located about 7,000 feet on the Jicarilla Apache Indian Reservation. It is home to about 900 people with one major motel and a few stores. The book UFO Highway has an interview with a General who worked at the Dulce base. His W-2 confirms he worked at an installation called DSD-3 in Rio Arriba County. Dulce is in Rio Arriba County and there are no publicly disclosed bases there. From what I am reading, there are actually 3 separate installations in Dulce.
