Walter C. Lance of El Paso, Texas was the first person to submit the photographs to secureteam10. Lance stated he took the photographs on June 29th, 2015 around 1PM central time during his lunch break.
According to secureteam10, Lance stated that it began to get very windy outside when a portion of the clouds began to “swirl and circle in on one another forming this portal shape”. The area within this circular vortex turned “jet black” which is when Lance took out his cellphone to take the following pictures:

That is what cardboard boxes look like in El Paso when the wind picks up. We see these all the time, especially near construction sites.
Seriously? A cardboard box! That would have to be one big cardboard box and if it’s empty, wouldn’t the wind blow it apart?
Don’t be ridiculous, it’s obviously fake, you can figure that out easily enough, but I used to live in Doña Ana county, about 30 minutes west of El Paso, and the southwest does not make sealed shut cardboard boxes launch into the air, keeping a perfect cube shape, fly around the city and get their picture taken.
This is just a hoax, look up the group that posted it, and the fact that these random witnesses all decided the same crappy YouTube channel was the best place to post it online.

I believe you were actually referring to Isaiah 1 when you mentioned the “Wheel within a Wheel” scenario. The Prophet Isaiah was seeing one of GOD’s created beings encompassing the sky. When both of the beings folded their wings, it was as if the entire sky (north south east and west) was covered. Simply amazing. We find in the Book of Job (first chapter) that the sons of GOD came to present themselves before HIM. Guess who decides to show disguised as one of them? Yep you are absolutely correct.
