Carpe Chaos: Breathing The Psychotropic Trails

I caught a meme the other day on the internet that caused me to smirk and then I was irritated by it. Most memes are pictures with some insulting or troll-like comment on them and others are innocuous, however, this one got under my skin. The meme showed a plane leaving behind a thick trail. In bold letters the meme said “THIS SCARES ME BECAUSE I FAILED HIGH SCHOOL SCIENCE.”

The meme is posted on a chemtrail skeptic’s website and as usual the skeptic that is giving his opinion assumes that the majority of people investigating the chemtrails are dullards that can’t differentiate between a normal contrail and a trail leaving behind an oily cloud that spreads and then creates a haze which blocks the sun.

The hardened skeptic will tell you that the fear of some private agency or government approved agency using aerosolized spraying began in the 1990’s. The truth, however, is the first interest in “trails” was from NASA and the prospect that aerosolized trails could be used for geo-engineering.

The mainstream media gave it a quick investigation and predicted that in the future such trails would be used for several other purposes.

Throughout the years, researchers have uncovered many things about the use of aerosolized spraying and the so-called lingering contrails.

It is not a secret that the United States has a rich history of simulant and biological open air tests over populated areas. It is documented that bio-weapon open-air experimentation on the American people took place from the 1940’s to the early 1970’s.

The Army released simulant agents over hundreds of populated areas around the country. Targets included portions of Hawaii, Alaska, San Francisco, St. Louis, Minneapolis, New York City, Washington, D.C., Key West, and many other cities. The purpose was to see how the bacteria spread and survived as people went about their normal activities.

Evidence suggested the tests may have been causing illness to exposed citizens. Nevertheless, the health of the millions of people exposed was never monitored because the Army assumed the bacteria and chemicals were harmless. The tests involved spraying aerosolized simulants from planes and helicopters over populated areas.

In fact, after 45 years of open air testing, the Army stopped using certain simulants for reasons of safety. In each instance, the Army belatedly recognized they could be causing disease, birth defects and death, although such information had long been available in medical literature. This was the case in the 1950s when the military stopped using “Black Mold” as a simulant. The fungus had long been known to cause aspergillosis, a disease that can be fatal.

Similarly in the 1960’s, the Army stopped using zinc cadmium sulfide; a chemical that had been known for years to cause cancer. In the 1970’s, the bacterium, Serratia marcescens caused many infections that lead to death of healthy individuals, was taken out of service as a simulant. And in the 1980’s, a chemical known as DPP, was removed from use as a simulant because of its carcinogenic and other toxic potential.

Neurotoxins that were used in the open air testing were known for causing birth defects and mutations in human and animal DNA. These effects were minimal according to the military, and so these tests continued well into the late 1980’s. It was alleged they stopped under the orders of then President Bill Clinton. More horrific information was released about biological human testing and the effects of open air tests on animal.

During the first Swine Flu scare of 1976, it was estimated at the time that the disease could infect 50 million to 60 million Americans. But, it never unfolded. Only about 200 cases of swine flu and one death were ultimately reported in the U.S. However, a panicked CDC called on President Ford, and Congress to begin a mass inoculation of the population. 40 million people lined up to get the vaccine. More than 500 people are thought to have developed Guillain-Barre Syndrome after receiving the vaccine; 25 died. Many saw it as a political farce and a cruel open biological experiment on the American people.

A year later, there was a mountain of information that was declassified regarding the U.S. Biological Weapons Programs that included the unknown testing of bio-chemicals on the people of the United States. Some of these reports showed that citizens were sprayed with various chemicals resulting in dementia, miscarriages, impotence, headaches, neuralgia, Herpes Zoster, nausea, irritable bowel syndrome, birth defects and low grade fevers.

The sprays were aerosolized and dropped from planes. For those who consider chemtrails to be hoaxes or fraudulent, there is documented proof that aerosolized diseases were released on an unsuspecting public and from there we were seeing strange behaviors in what were once curable diseases.

By the year 2000, there was a great deal of money going into the advertising of drugs that allegedly alleviated these very same problems. From Prilosec to Viagra, to specially modified over the counter medications for migraines, these new miracle drugs were developed in the early 1980’s, tested and prepared for approval. Many of these new drugs were developed allegedly to counter-act the effects of an environmental accident caused by bio-weapon open-air experimentation on the American people from the 1940’s to the early 1970’s.

There have been numerous research studies on a non-lethal personal suppression projectile” called the XM1063. The XM1063 is the code name for the US Army’s new secret weapon which will “suppress” people without harming them.

According to the British Guardian, the details on how it is used are classified. It is fired from a rocket or a “non-lethal” projectile fired from a 155mm howitzer. The rocket scatters 152 small non-explosive, sub-munitions over a 1-hectare area; as each parachutes down, it sprays a chemical agent.

It is speculated that there are three possible payloads an existing riot-control agent or calmative, malodorants or a new chemical agent.

The idea of using “calmative agents” for crowd control has raised the interest of the authorities. Especially, now when people have been rioting and protesting human rights violations and have participated in civil disobedience.

Calmative agents may secretly be used on unsuspecting civilians; however, the indiscriminate drugging of small crowds of even entire populations would most certainly generate a lot of controversy.

According to research provided by independent researcher Justin Gardner, The Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Directorate encouraged private entities to investigate a variety of chemicals and combinations to use on citizens including anesthetics/analgesics, tranquilizers, hypnotics and neuromuscular blockers.

Other researchers like Ann Fillmore PhD, who is a specialist in Behavioral Science, has reported that for three years, up until July 2015, the small towns on the south coast of Oregon: Reedsport, Bandon, Brookings as well as the Klamath Basin Rogue and Umpqua Valley’s small towns, are being used to test lithium and psychoactive compounds on a regular schedule. Soil samples are taken and social interviews carried out, and one can assume, medical records which are now computerized, are monitored.

Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon is where President Obama spoke to the families who lost loved ones during the mass shooting that took place. Chris Harper Mercer, the young student who opened fire and killed his professor and 8 of his fellow classmates, had mental health or behavioral issues. His screen name on some social media sites was “lithium love.” Lithium is used as a psychiatric medication.

We all know that correlation does not prove causation, but it is a strange coincidence that the area of the shooting is the same area where these tests were being carried out.

It is also interesting to note that not unlike past shooting suspects in the news, Mercer had a military connection. He was stationed at Ft. Jackson in Columbia, SC. The U.S. Army discharged him just five weeks into basic training in 2008. His discharge was a result of a suicide attempt.

It is also coincidental that Fort Jackson has a connection to one other shooter; that being Dylan Storm Roof. He was the gunman who entered into the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston, South Carolina and shot 9 African-Americans while they were praying. Roof allegedly was taking the drug Suboxone, a narcotic that is used to treat opiate addiction.

Chris Harper Mercer was asking his victims about their religious beliefs before he shot them. Fort Jackson is adjacent to Columbia, where Charles F. Day & Associates was looking to recruit “Anti-terrorism Subject Matter Experts for Contract Work.” Once again there is a correlation, but what kind of anti-terrorism programs were they conducting?

Years of bio-warfare testing on the American public is no big secret anymore.

On his PBS talk show, Tavis Smiley interviewed rock legend, Prince, about his life and music. He brought up the inspiration behind the song dreamer off of his Lotusflower album.

Prince replied:

“Oh, well, when I saw the ‘State of the Black Union,’ Dick Gregory really moved me and a lot of my friends. I show it to everybody who comes over the house, especially white folks, because they need to hear that, so that they know more about all of us. Because what he said affects all of us.

He said something that really hit home about this phenomena of chemtrails and when I was a kid, I used to see these trails in the sky all the time and I’d say, ‘Oh, that’s cool – a jet just went over.’ And then you started to see a whole bunch of them and the next you know, everybody in your neighborhood was fighting and arguing and you didn’t know why, okay?”

Prince was indicating that when he was a kid, the chemtrails had something to do with altering the mood of people who lived in his neighborhood.

So this idea of chemtrails used to alter moods with the use of aerosolized drugs or simulants is not a new concept.

In 1979, a declassified review claimed the United States intensified its development of ethnic weapons designed to selectively target and eliminate specific ethnic groups who are susceptible due to genetic differences and variations in DNA. These weapons were classified under Project Code named MK NAOMI which specifically was a plan to store materials that could either incapacitate or kill a test subject and to develop devices to use for the diffusion of such materials over widely populated areas.

So I do fear chemtrails in a sense, not because I wasn’t paying attention in science class, it is because it appears that some of what is being released in the lingering contrails is going beyond the mandate of geo-engineering and is secretly being used for social engineering.
