This video allegedly shows a real time traveler caught on tape. The video itself was taken by a CCTV security camera in the rural United States and supposedly shows a real-life time traveler.
Some people have claimed that the footage of the time traveler is genuine while others have maintained that all the video shows is some tricky editing. What do you think?

What is time? Time is the ever present. Can time be manipulated? What did Einstein say?

Somebody set up a fun little project.
This is easy to replicate.. All you need is video editing programs, or a
stand alone video editing unit. Take the scene with the person running,
then take the scene’s footage without him in it at all. As he runs, you just
fade from the scene with him running to the one without him in it!
It’s just that easy.. The effect of the portal (they didn’t do that very well),
is added in by adding a special effect (tons are available on editing programs),
and do the fade in and out of it after you get the other parts done.
Now ya know! And you can do ghost videos in the same manner, by
using your fade to only halfway, and the person becomes “see through”.
