Visited or Abducted?

Visited or Abducted? If you have ever woke up in the middle of the night and could not move, then you could have been visited. If you have woke up tired but you have been sleeping all night, you could have been abducted. If you felt like there was a presence in your room when you live alone, you could have been visited. If you have had any of these things ever happen to you…. you are not alone.

Another possibility is the shadow people. Shadow people are believed to be spirits or ghosts that did not have the power or energy to take a human host or make body with detail. So instead they show up as a dark mass in a humanoid shape.
