In the second video, at first I thought this is simply a reflection or a spot on the camera lens but hang in there, additional footage disputes that theory.

She was at a stop light, facing east and noticed something extremely out of place up in the sky, way out over Coeur d’Alene National Forest. Credible witness, 100%. Very strange object, looks like an arch, a cylinder arch.

How do you explain the clouds that cover the images and the change of angles if the camera is not moved? I don’t know what they were, but I truly don’t believe that they were lens flares. (but it has peeked my interest)
