I live in Florida on the Gulf Coast. On August 27 I took pictures of a strange radar anomaly from Georgia to Tampa Bay. It looked like miles of a straight thin long storm line. It never actually moved like storms but several minutes later it it faded. In Georgia a storm on right side of line turned to an x then faded, located left of Way Cross City. I am curious as to where Dorian ends up, did someone do something to keep Dorian away from Central Florida up to middle Georgia?
