Dr. Greer why is there no standard protocol set up to funnel info to on UFO’S/UAP’S ? by now it should be standard protocol

C. All citizens can report incidents to same and nothing can be dismissed unless it’s untrue.
D. The receiving organization must be granted security clearances Germaine to handle all reports beit Verbal, video, tape, CD, USB, or other media the president shall address it in he State of the union each year to its citizens on the findings as a threat or no threat to the country.
