Michael Jaco was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina. He enlisted in the United States Navy in November 1978 and started his career as a Navy Hard Hat Diver. He volunteered for Basic Underwater Demolition/Sea Air and Land (BUD/S) training in August 1981. He completed BUD/S training 6 months later with class 116 in February 1982. He served with distinction as a Navy SEAL with the following commands:
UDT-12, SEAL TEAMS – 3, 4, 5, & 6
Naval Special Warfare Development Group
Naval Special Warfare Training Center (BUD/S/1st Phase)
Naval Special Warfare Training Center (Advanced Training)
Naval Special Warfare Unit – 1 (Guam)
United States Naval Academy
Upon leaving the US Navy in December 2002 he has served as a High Risk Security Contractor for over 8 years. Providing security leadership for 40 different contracts in the most violent war torn areas of the world.

Gene Decode assumes that all of the earthquake measurements are correct on the USGS site, but what if the 10 kilometer reading is the default setting when the depth of the earthquake is unclear?
Gene points out a negative depth for an earthquake and says, see this isn’t possible… an earthquake that happens above the ground. This must be the white hats blowing something up… but what if it’s just a bad reading on the USGS site?
In any event, we need more evidence. Where are the pictures of the DUMBS, the eye witnesses, etc? Hundreds of thousands of children have been reportedly rescued. Where are they, on the moon? Gene also says that hundreds of miles of gold has been recovered from the tunnels. How could that happen without the news spreading around the world?
