Verbal Attacks from other people are like farts in the wind that soon disappear. What people are unaware of is that they take these verbal attacks from negative people, and then continually repeat these words over and over in their own mind, thus creating an negative emotion, that can lead to a negative behavior. Who is really negative in these negative statements that seek to harm you? The negative person making such accusations. Do not fall into this deceptive trap of self condemnation just because someone tells you who you are. Ask yourself if what they say is true about you and you will find that you are not what they say. Stand by what you know is true about yourself and soon their smell will fade away, and so will your self-condemnation fade away.
