At 10:32 this guy (from Leak Project), which always makes mountains out of nothing, about anything he runs into (he typically knows nothing about),… Now he is trying to explain the frequencies (he didn’t identify) as he is just reading from the Internet, & he goes on to say that they are 2 different frequencies (in a sine wave – what???), 1 being 960 hz & the other being 853 hz. Sine waves are of a single frequency unless they are modulated signals, at which point are no longer a sine wave, but a modulated signal. In addition, the message utilizes 2 frequencies, played simultaneously, for the effect they cause to the “listener”,… “The Attention Signal most commonly associated with the system was a combination of the sine waves of 853 and 960 Hz suited to “attention due to its unpleasantness”. ” He is screaming that people don’t understand that even if you turn off your phone, laptop, router, TV set ect, you are still being bombarded w/ electro-magnetic signals, but most people (here) know that already. What this “genius” fails completely to understand is that what the “real concern” has been about receiving “some other signal” who’s “information (from a modulated signal) &/or single frequency signal” could trigger either “biological disease” directly or “trigger” a “vaccine nano-payload to deliver a pathogen”.
