HOW I GOT STARTED: RICHARD TRENTON CHASE
I have investigated many serial killer murder sites. The negative energy at these sites seems to last forever. I started off investigating Richard Trenton Chase aka the Vampire of Sacramento victim sites. I had a map of all of Richard’s victim’s homes, including the trash can where he dumped a baby that he murdered. The article that I wrote about Richard was noticed by Two-Four Productions. Two-Four Productions at the time had a popular TV series called “Conversations with a Serial Killer” and I was featured on the episode that dealt with Richard Trenton Chase. The evidence that I acquired on this investigation is seeing a swirling mist inside the abandoned home where Richard had slaughtered 4 family members of the Evelyn Miroth home. The swirling mist was captured on camera and the photo looks like a foggy mist.

WHAT HAPPENED IN THE EVELYN MIROTH HOME:
On January 27, 1978, Chase entered the home of 38-year-old Evelyn Miroth. He encountered her friend, Danny Meredith, whom he shot with his .22 handgun. He then fatally shot Miroth, her six-year-old son Jason, and her 22-month-old nephew David Ferreira, before mutilating Miroth and engaging in necrophilia and cannibalism with her corpse. A visitor’s knock on the door startled Chase, who fled in Meredith’s car, taking Ferreira’s body with him. The visitor alerted a neighbor, who called police. They discovered that Chase had left complete handprints and shoe imprints in Miroth’s blood. Chase was arrested shortly afterwards; police who searched Chase’s apartment found that the walls, floor, ceiling, refrigerator, and all of Chase’s eating and drinking utensils were soaked in blood. This home will probably never be sold, the negative energy lingers inside and outside of this home. As we approached this home, one of my investigators passed out, they were overwhelmed with negative energy.

Now let’s take a look at other murder sites that I have investigated.

CHARLES NG & LEONARD LAKE – WILSEYVILLE, CA
In 1982, Lake and Ng were both arrested by the FBI for firearm violations. Lake made bail and went into hiding inside a ranch in Wilseyville, California owned by his ex-wife and turned it into a “survivalist enclosure”, stocking it with weapons and supplies in anticipation of a great siege. Ng was sentenced to three years, which he served in a prison in Leavenworth, and sought out Lake again after his release. At this time, the pair became serial killers, abducting, torturing and killing women and sometimes entire families. They knew many of their victims one way or another. One of them was Michael Carroll, a drug leader with whom Ng had shared a cell during his stay at Leavenworth. Another was Donald Lake, Lake’s younger brother. Ng and Lake had a strange hobby. They would video tape their victims, showing them tied up, being tortured, assaulted and murdered.

EVIDENCE
When I took my group HPI (Halo Paranormal Investigations) to Wilseyville, CA, we had a psychic named Holly DeLaughter that was able to point out where a ghost of one of Ng & Lake’s victims was standing. I took a picture of a 5-foot-tall mist. We also captured an EVP of a woman screaming. Holly located where the cabin used to be at and a local confirmed the site as where Ng & Lake’s cabin once stood. Special Note: Holly was the secretary of Sylvia Brown – Celebrity Psychic.

MORRIS SOLOMON JR AKA THE HANDYMAN KILLER
Morris killed 7 women in and around Sacramento. One of murders took place at a secluded area of William Land Park.

EVIDENCE
HPI used to conduct the Macabre Ghost Tours of Sacramento and our route would take our guests to the Patty Hearst/SLA Hideout House on W Street Sacramento; the Sail Inn Bar in West Sacramento where Gerald & Charlene Gallego aka The Love Slave Killers found a victim. Then we would take our guests to the parking lot of Sunrise Mall where The Love Slave Killers found another victim by promising her a career in modeling. When the victim approached the Gallego’s van for a photo she was brutally attacked and thrown into the van. Other sites we went to were the murder sites of the I-5 Killer aka Randall Woodfield along the I-5 corridor. Another site is the Scott & Laci Peterson home in Modesto; Luis Valenzuela Rodriguez murder site on the Davis Causeway now named the Blecher and Freeman Causeway. This is where Luis killed 2 CHP officers execution style. The CHP officers are William M. Freeman and Roy P. Blecher. When we took our guests to William Land Park, we would stop at the area where Morris Solomon Jr. killed one of his victims. We always would get a ton of orbs in our photos at this location. We would go to other locations and no orbs were captured in our photos. On one night we got confirmation that the orbs were paranormal in nature. I asked the ghost to place both of her hands on my shoulders. A picture was taken and there was an orb on my right shoulder and left shoulder, showing “intelligent movement”. One of our female guests heard a man’s voice in her ear. The voice said: “do you want to die?” After that happened our guests wanted to end the tour.

SAN FRANCISCO ZODIAC
Bryan Calvin Hartnell age 20 and Cecelia Ann Shepard age 22 were stabbed on September 27, 1969, at Lake Berryessa in Napa County, California. Hartnell survived, but Shepard died as a result of her injuries on September 29, 1968. The Zodiac was seen wearing a very strange outfit with executioner’s hood, Zodiac symbol on his chest. Paranormal Investigator Raven and I went to Lake Berryessa and investigated the murder site of Cecelia Ann Shepard.

EVIDENCE
At Lake Berryessa murder site, a rock started glowing. I have no explanation on why that rock would start glowing.

LIZZIE BORDEN’S HOUSE
August 4, 1892, the ax murders of Lizzie’s father and stepmother in Fall River, Massachusetts.

EVIDENCE
Deanna Jaxine Stinson, Psychic Medium received some negative images in her mind of a man carrying an ax. No other evidence was gathered. Special Note: The psychic impression was not used as “evidence”.

DOROTHEA PUENTE F STREET BOARDING HOUSE
Dorothea was an American convicted serial killer. In the 1980s, she ran a boarding house in Sacramento, California, and murdered various elderly and mentally disabled boarders before cashing their Social Security checks. Puente’s total count reached nine murders; she was convicted of three and the jury was hung on the other six. Newspapers dubbed Puente the “Death House Landlady” or the Boarding House Killer.

EVIDENCE:
Captured an EVP that was a man’s voice. The EVP message was: “I want to leave!” Took pictures of the front of the house and captured a slew of orbs flying off the roof. Special Note: Orbs can be almost anything, it does not prove that it’s paranormal, unless you can show “intelligent movement”.

I-5 STRANGLER AKA ROGER KIBBE
I took a bunch of paranormal-investigators-in-training (scouts) to Sutter and I-5. This is where Kibbe took a female victim. Kibbe pulled out some scissors from his glove box and started snipping on the victim’s dress. After terrorizing his victim, he strangled her to death.

EVIDENCE
When we investigated the murder site, one of the scouts passed out. Some scouts felt vertigo. A scout took a picture of the Sacramento River and a black orb was hovering over the river.

THE WILLIT HOUSE, STOCKTON, CA
The Willit case in Stockton, CA, involves a tragic event connected to the Manson Clan. Lauren Willit was murdered, and her body was found buried in the basement of a house in Stockton, where several Manson followers were living. Her husband, James T. Willett, a Vietnam Marine combat veteran, was also a victim; his body was found near Guerneville, California, after being forced to dig his own grave and then shot. Lynette “Squeaky” Fromme also stayed at the Willit House for a short period of time.

EVIDENCE:
Captured an EVP of a woman saying “keep back!”

JACK THE RIPPER/KRAY TWINS EAST END CANDLELIGHT TOUR
I believe everyone knows who Jack the Ripper and the Kray Twins are, so I won’t go into their history. While in London with my family, we did this candlelight tour. Special Note: Family members were Patricia Mary Mitchell and Jason Randall Porter.

EVIDENCE:
At every Jack the Ripper murder site, my family and I, felt a feeling of dread. Some of the tourists felt sadness or depression. A lady on the tour actually started spitting up bile. The tour was too much for her and she quit in the middle of the tour and went back to her hotel.

BLACK DAHLIA
Went to the Mountain View Cemetery with 3 of my investigators. We stopped off at 3 grave locations. 1st location: Reverend Jim Jones Guyana victims mass grave site. 2nd location: Oakland Hell’s Angels grave site. 3rd location: Elizabeth Short aka The Black Dahlia grave site.

EVIDENCE
We conducted some EVP work at the Black Dahlia’s grave site, to see if we could make contact with the Black Dahlia. We were not successful, but we did get an EVP of a man saying…”hey good looking!” The male ghost was flirting with one of my female investigators.

CECIL HOTEL, LOS ANGELES
When I was working for the Governor’s Office of Emergency Services and FEMA, as a Disaster Courier during the Northridge Earthquake, I stayed a couple of nights at the Cecil Hotel. I learned that serial killers Richard Ramirez aka The Night Stalker; Jack Unterweger; Kenneth Bianchi aka the Hillside Strangler and Josef Fritzl stayed at the Cecil Hotel.

EVIDENCE
I would hear disembodied footsteps walking towards my bed. I heard moaning sounds in the middle of the night.

Most of the killer victim sites, we obtain some kind of evidence. I have recently taken a few investigators to the former home of Joseph James DeAngelo aka the Golden State Killer to see if we can obtain any evidence. We were unsuccessful in getting any kind of evidence and I believe it’s because the Golden State Killer was at that time only assaulting women in the Sacramento area and not committing murders. As for Luis Valenzuela Rodriguez, I had a connection to this killer. When I was an Arthur Murray’s Dance Instructor, I gave dance lessons to Luis and his wife. I learned later that Luis had a connection to two dead bodies found in the trunk of a car in San Francisco. The 2 dead men had a connection to the Manson family. Luis also had a connection to 15-year-old Mary Vincent, the woman that got her arms hacked off by Lawrence Singleton. According to the San Francisco Chronicle, Mary Vincent stayed a few days with Luis in his apartment. Luis met Mary while she was hitchhiking. Luis also has a family connection to Gerald Gallegos. I also worked with a family member of Luis. The connections are bizarre and uncanny.
