I constantly hear on various news items…”why haven’t aliens contacted us?” Well, maybe they have, UFOs/UAPs were seen over Washington D.C. and the White House. It was reported that Unidentified flying objects (UFOs) were tracked and seen over the Washington, D.C., area, including restricted airspace near the White House and the U.S. Capitol on consecutive weekends in July 1952 (specifically July 19–20 and July 26–27, 1952). We are lucky we got that recognition. Extraterrestrials and their superior flying machines are a very advanced race of beings. Extraterrestrials have technology that would look like magic to us. We would see them as Gods. There are abductees that mention how extraterrestrials use “hard light”. Hard light is technology where photons are bound or manipulated to possess physical mass and tactile resistance. It allows energy beams, force fields, or projections to act as solid objects like chairs, steps, or walls. An abductee claims extraterrestrials shown a beam of light on him, and the light was controlled, and the light beam had the ability to go around a tree and stop at a certain point, instead of continuing on. There are 5 types of civilizations that have been theorized to exist, and you are probably wondering what level we would be at. We would be at Type 0 Civilization. Why would Civilizations from 1 to 5 want to contact us? Type 5 Civilization would definitely be godlike, there would be no reason for a Type 5 or lower civilization wanting to contact us. Anything they need, they could easily get. Ancient civilizations talk about the Akashic Records. The Akashic Records are a compendium of all universal events, thoughts, words, emotions, and intent ever to have occurred in the past, present, or future. The Akashic Records are described metaphorically as a cosmic library or an energetic “Google for your soul”, this non-physical archive is believed to hold the vibrational record of every soul’s journey across all lifetimes. A Type 1 to 5 Civilization would be able to maintain the Akashic Records as a pure energy source of knowledge kept on the ethereal plane of existence. They would not need a huge data center to store this information, it would literally be in the “cloud”. I believe an advance race of extraterrestrials are “watching” us. Most extraterrestrials are observers, watchers and are observing how we will continue with our lives on this planet. All the information that we create with books, magazines, emails, text messages, websites will live on forever, because Type 1 to 3 Civilizations have pretty much control of the energy in the universe and with Type 5, the multiverse. If they have that much control, they would be able to harvest all of the information that the people of Earth have created. That information would live on into eternity. A historical record of the people of Earth. Let’s look at the different TYPES and see the level of technology prowess these TYPES would have.

TYPE 1 CIVILIZATION
A Class 1 (or Type I) civilization on the Kardashev scale would possess the technology to capture and use all the energy that reaches its home planet from its parent star, totaling roughly 10/16 watts of power. A Type 1 Civilization would have the ability to reverse global warming, stabilize temperatures, and restore carbon neutrality to the atmosphere. They would have the capacity to redirect storms, disperse rain over drought-stricken zones, and minimize casualties from natural hazards. They would have the ability of early prediction and potential dampening of extreme events like earthquakes and tsunamis. Type 1 would also have the ability of moving heavy manufacturing and mining into the solar system (like the asteroid belt and Moon) to keep Earth ecologically pristine. Orbital infrastructure, space elevators, and early interplanetary habitation within the solar system. I will give you one reason why we are still a Type 0 Civilization. Here is an example: We can’t do any of the things a Type 1 Civilization is supposed to do. we can’t even clean up the Great Pacific Garbage Patch that is the size of two States of Texas and is floating in the Pacific Ocean, tons of garbage and plastic debris. If we were a Type 1 Civilization we would have figured out how to clean up this mess.

TYPE 2 CIVILIZATION
A Class 2 (or Type II) civilization on the Kardashev scale would possess the technology to directly capture and harness the entire energy output of its host star, roughly 10/26 watts. Type 2 Civilization would be able to create stellar megastructures and energy capturing Dyson Swarms or Spheres. We are getting pretty efficient with drones and drone technology will help us in achieving Dyson Spheres in the far future. A Type 2 Civilization will have the capability of building massive constellations of solar-collecting satellites, mirrors, or habitats that completely surround the sun to capture all of its radiant energy. We would have mastered stellar engineering. Controlling solar output, manipulating stellar weather, or moving the star and its entire planetary system through space using directed radiation pressure or massive thruster setups. We would have the ability to create Space Habitats and Terraforming Artificial Worlds. We would be able to manufacture millions of rotating space habitats, ring worlds, or artificial planets out of disassembled asteroids and moons to house trillions of beings.

TYPE 3 CIVILIZATION
A Type 3 civilization on the Kardashev scale would possess galaxy-scale technology capable of harnessing the total energy output of every star, black hole, and stellar remnant in an entire galaxy. Galactic Energy Capturing Dyson Swarms would be created. Vast networks of solar-collecting satellites surrounding every star across the galaxy. We would become Black Hole Harvesters. Magnetic frameworks and accretion disc collectors to extract raw power from supermassive black holes at galactic centers. We would be able to utilize Megastructures capable of moving, merging, or altering stars to optimize energy collection. Propulsion systems utilizing extreme physics, potentially including wormholes. Solar-system-sized supercomputers powered by entire stars, potentially hosting digitized or uploaded collective consciousnesses. We would be creating perhaps a new Akashic Records, we would have the ability to do so. We would be able to control the energy within our universe. A Type 3 Civilization is reaching God level.

TYPE 4 CIVILIZATION
A Type 4 civilization on the Kardashev Scale would possess near-limitless technology capable of harnessing the total energy output of the entire universe, including dark energy. Universal Energy Mastery and Cosmic Megastructures are being created. Building energy collectors around stars, galaxies, and black holes linked by instantaneous quantum communication networks. We would even be Dark Energy Harvesting. Extract power from the accelerating expansion of the universe and every celestial body. Space-Time and Reality Engineering, along with Space-Time Manipulation. Traveling faster than light, bend gravity, and navigate across billions of galaxies with ease. Instantly move matter or consciousness across vast cosmic distances. Time Travel into the past and into the future would be a breeze. A Type 4 Civilization would be able to transfer from a matter body to a pure energy body. We would no longer need food and water to survive. We would become pure energy beings and at the level of being godlike.

TYPE 5 CIVILIZATION
A Type 5 civilization would possess god-like technology capable of harnessing energy across the entire multiverse and completely controlling the fabric of reality. This theoretical tier extends beyond the standard Type 5 definition on the Kardashev scale. Technological Capabilities and Multiversal Power Sources we would have mastered. We most likely would be seen as Gods to the people of Earth. We would be extracting and multiplying energy supplies from infinite parallel universes instead of just one star or galaxy. We would be busy with Universe Engineering, which consists of designing and spawning custom pocket universes with completely new, experimental laws of physics. We would be able to master Reality Manipulation. Rewriting fundamental physical constants, logic, and causality at will. Since we are like Gods, we would have mastered Multiversal Travel. We would be able to move seamlessly between alternate dimensions, timelines, and realities.
