Federal Judge Ricardo S. Martinez to Receive Ethics Complaint for Allowing Court Fraud in Media Case

SCRIBD: Complaint against Federal Judge Ricardo S. Martinez 

Of course you ask for retraction of materially false statements and arguments. Plaintiffs had noted these lies PRIOR to the Court’s Ruling in their Notice of Fraud.
But alas, Judge Martinez IGNORED ALL OF IT.

No analysis of ANY of the specific arguments. That’s because to do so the Court would have to change its Order because Defendant  and his attorneys did in fact LIE.

And this Judge is helping them: They didn’t even have to respond to the Motion.  The fix is clearly in and everyone knows it. Our taxpayers subsidize this sort of abuse. It is simply disgusting.
