Stay at Home Snitch Database Exposes Washington Informants
Washington residents were shocked last week to learn that any tips submitted to the state through an online form are discoverable under Washington’s public records laws and the federal Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). As a result, a group called We The Governed was able to obtain copies of every complaint submitted through the online form setup by the office of Governor Jay Inslee. They then published this blog post with links to the data in PDF and Excel formats. King 5 News broke the story informing viewers that if they submitted a tip to the state through that form then all that information is now available online.
Unfortunately for We The Governed, their Excel sheets kept having hosting issues, so CopBlaster.com stepped in, acquired a copy of the original Excel sheet from We The Governed via email, and began hosting it. Cop Blaster realized that this was an opportunity to expand its existing snitch database by inserting the Excel data into their SQL Server database. The result is over 7,000 unique posts on the website profiling almost every complaint that We The Governed made public. This database also gives users the ability to contribute by adding their own comments beneath each post and by adding their own posts if they want to report a snitch themselves.
Cop Blaster believes that snitching is an epidemic in and of itself that threatens to turn jails into petri dishes. Even when the violations of the law being reported typically do not result in jail time, it significantly increases the number of people officers come into contact with, and if one of those people is infected that could be game over for anyone those cops come into contact with later. Their next arrest could easily become patient zero at the local jail just because some snitch filled out some for thinking they were remaining anonymous. This is of course a position that is not without controversy and as a disclaimer of sorts, Cop Blaster admits to not being a medical professional, but insists that you don’t need medical training to exercise common sense.
Cop Blaster also believes that social distancing makes sense, but opposes the amount of power that the government has to enforce edicts like the one issued by Governor Inslee. Some might call this a bit of an oxymoron because Cop Blaster supports social distancing but opposes snitching on social distancing violators. Cop Blaster does not see this as contradictory because it demonstrates the difference between free people making smart choices and oppressed people forced to make choices. Whether or not they are being forced to do something good is irrelevant to Cop Blaster because Cop Blaster sees the problem as being government power. In an ideal society the government would not be able to issue such orders, but people would be smart enough to make good choices without them. The end result would be people choosing to socially distance even though they are free not to. Situations like this demonstrate the overreaching arm of the United States government. This type of overreach starts with extreme situations and expands to less serious circumstances by identifying similarities and using those to legalize expansions of government authority.

Today in OBAMA’$ $PEECH……. he invoked the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence by using the word “Inalienable”, trying to confuse the American People. Our Declaration actually uses the word “Unalienable”….There is a difference between the two. The democrats, and quite irritating this whole country uses the incorrect terminology when using Democracy. The USA is not a democracy, the USA is a Constitutional Republic, therefor….the majority does not rule, but nor does the minority. As a constitutional professor and a lawyer Obama knows the difference between the two, but that also means he knows how to manipulate the general public that does not know legal language/jargon. And he is betting (I bet) that people do not notice the verbiage he used, and what the difference is…. Placing any restrictions upon “UNALIENABLE RIGHTS” is straight up UNCONSTITUTIONAL!
