Coming Down The Strentch

Romney has a one length lead entering the stretch.  Gingrich is staring to fade on the inside, Ron Paul is holding steady in the middle of the pack but can only pass tiring horses.  Here comes Perry making a late run on the outside, followed by Bachmann, Santorum, and Huntsmen trailing the field. Johnson pulled up after getting bumped from the gate and Cain broke down.  Late scatch Palin and Christi. 

The leaders are burning themselves out and starting to tire. The class of the race Romney has held off all contenders so far. The pace has been unbelievable from the start but is slowing down to a crawl, anything can happen now. 

The winner here has to race against the mighty Obama who is recouping from an unknown injury and and has spent the last three years vacationing and is just starting to get back in training. 

We may have another contender if Romney breaks down and no one completes the race. In the big race next year we may see a couple more entries if Johnson is claimed by the Libertarian Party he will get another chance but he will be a longshot.. Rumor has it the American Elect may also have an entry to be named at a later date. Horses to watch, Jeb Bush, Chris Christie, Bill Still and Marco Rubio.
