As an USN vet, I am sitting here in horror and disgust that the “Old Glory” could be defaced in such a way! To vets and Americans alike, this is nothing but a slap in our face. Our flag stands for liberty and freedom, was born out of the blood of men fighting for both. NO ONE has the right to deface it in such a manner, I mean NO ONE! Absolutely disgusting!!!

Well, the good thing is that we can legally burn the new Obama flag. BTW, the US flag was desecrated going way back to the 1930s. That is when US flags started appearing in government buildings with a gold border around the flag. It used to be Red, White and Blue. After the Bankster traitor FDR confiscated all the gold from citizens in 1933, this new gold bordered flag started appearing but few ever noticed it. Soon it appeared in churches as well and today you will find the gold bordered flag in most churches as symbolic of the churches going along with the new dictatorship. Now churches are more political than spiritual and are being used to brainwash the sheeple more than ever before. Their reward is being allowed to run a tax free business.

I feel this story is a lie. I doubt anyone is seriously suggesting we use the flag with a picture of Obama on it. Probably that was a campaign rally and someone thought it would be a clever gimmick for Obama supporters.

Lake County Democratic Party officials took down the flag, which flew just below a standard Old Glory on the flagpole outside headquarters in Tavares following complaints by local veterans. But merely taking it down wasn’t enough for several local veterans, who said they fought for the flag Betsy Ross made famous, not one with a politician on it.
