The Actual Powers Granted to the Office of President by the Constitution.

I do not mean to insult anyone, but I was in a local College this morning in a government class, and the professor asked for a show of hands for who had read the Constitution. It was a sad showing of three hands, and one of them was mine.
  There are specific powers granted to each branch of government. There are supposed to be checks and balances, which are shot all to hell and malfunctioning at present.

Is it treason when politicians violate their sworn oath to uphold the Constitution?  You decide.  Did all the men and women who died since the founding of this great Country die in vain? Did they die so some greedy politico could gradually usurp the rights granted to you by this Countries principle law, the Constitution? The power of government lies directly in the people, but what transpires when apathy prevails, apathy brought about by bad politicians who are expected to lie, cheat, steal and otherwise screw the public for their own selfish gain?? I beg you to have your kids read the Constitution also.

There is a way to peacefully sweep out the crap in office, which is simple. Vote every incumbent out this next cycle. We all know the few who opposed the Patriot Act and the NDAA, they kept their Oath of office, and deserve to stay. The rest, both Democrat and Republican need to go. If you choose the guy on the ballot who is not the incumbent, and pencil in someone if the incumbent is unopposed, the ones who are elected will get the message. The message is simple, ‘we the people’ have had enough. I believe there are times for drastic measures. Now is such a time. We have virtually no choice for president. The liar, or the versitile man who will say anything to get elected, good old Willard Romney. We do not need a religious fanatic or a war monger in office. The people of America do not deserve to be under surveilance by their own government. This is not China or Korea, You know what America stands for, and we are way off track. We need moderates who will compromise, not idiots who will stomp on the minority because they can.Obama lied too many times, and for a supposed law school graduate, he  has evidently forgotton what they taught him in Constitutional Law class.

Put them all out this next election. Get past Democrat and Republican, they are both putting it to the working man.Thanks for taking the time to read this, and please visit the blog linked above and read the words for yourself.
