Miltary Style Police State Proposed For Our Schools, Bringing In National Guard For Security Video
Senator Barbara Boxer introduces two new bills she said would make schools safer following the mass school shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut Friday.
The Los Angeles Times said the Save Our Schools Act would also allow the governors to decide how to use troops in the school vicinity.
“I believe in protecting our schools with trained law enforcement,” Boxer said at press conference on Capitol Hill. “This proposal is an answer to that proposal.”
Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA) wants governors across the US to have access to National Guard troops for school security in the wake of the shooting in Newtown, Conn., according to Politico.
Boxer stated that the SOS (Save Our Students) program would be used to add a new purpose in fighting drugs at the same time. Along with added video surveillance, metal detectors and other enhanced surveillance measures.

Seems to me that I remember that it wasn’t to long ago that our government was sending assault Rifles over our borders through the Fast and Furious program. Now they want to ban assault rifles here at home, while sending the soldiers into our schools. What don’t you like about that?
