This is a subject much debated among people who understand common law. In school you are taught that there are three branches of government. This is not true. There are four. The fourth being Administrative Law. This is the branch the gov’t operates under as a Private Corporation. We are taught that we have constitutional rights. But yet if you commit a crime and are deemed a “Felon” you lose your gun rights! How can this be? How can you take a persons gun rights away? It’s the only constitutional right “they” take away. It’s simple. You don’t have them to begin with! We lost them when the gov’t created the “U.S. Citizen”. The U.S. Citizen is owned by a private corporation which is the U.S. In 1867 the U.S. citizen was created and your constitutional rights were taken away. A “Felon” in feudal law is “one who forfeits his goods to the crown or vassle”. Do we have a king or queen? NO! So as a plain ‘ol American under common law (with constitutional rights) can’t be charged or convicted as a “Felon”. There is one thing you can do to get your constitutional rights “Re-instated”. It’s called a “Revocation Of Power Of Attorney”. You file this with your local probate judge. And no you can’t use one off the net and an attorney will not do this for you. It goes against the “bar”. When you file this (and you can do it at anytime) if you’re ever in court for any reason this works to your advantage. You will have full constitutional rights while in court! I know those of you reading this are having a hard time processing this! But do I have your attention? This like many other articles on this site is to get you to think for yourselves and not what the local media And laws tell you. I have done this and I have beat traffic tickets and other things. Our laws and way of life have slowly been corrupted. But there are a few ways to protect yourself against the corrupt laws we have in place now. I will post more on this later depending on the response. It may be a touchy subject for some and I’m not in the habit of arguing political points. Facts are facts. You have to do your homework as I have. It’s all there. We have to educate ourselves before we can fight battles either political or physical. KNOW YOUR ENEMY! More to come….
