What was once a great nation, full of freedom and liberty, has now become a melting pit of corruption, greed, war, and deception. What was once the successful exodus of men escaping tyranny, quickly became the exodus of those trying to gain power. Nations do not fall from the outside, they are too powerful. Nations fall from the inside, because no one will ever be happy with a system.

Where did America start loosing it’s grasp? Right away is the simple answer. As soon as we won our independence, we were doomed. Groups rose up that challenged the system that our amazing forefathers set up. They wanted things to shift their way. America was so great at first, that it quickly crashed. The average age of the world’s greatest civilizations has been 200 years.

If you ever remember the Roman empire, they were as powerful and wealthy as we once were. Then they started falling, slowly but on a path to doom. And the reason they fell is the same exact reason that we are falling now” greed, deception, and corruption. At the rate we are going now, debt will continue to skyrocket, welfare will crush us and corruption will occupy us. Leaders always want more power. The Roman empire was no different; the US government is based on the ideas of a Roman REPUBLIC. We have very identical systems, as they had senates and such.

So why did Rome fall? Corruption in the senate, people looking for riches, ruling, and popularity. They did not serve the people, the eventually ruled them.

So where does this sad story go? Well that as well is simple. See, when the Roman empire fell, they went through hell, but rose up to a great state of nations on Europe. Science was booming, economics were doing great and the government was good (yeah that’s right, governments can be GOOD if the people rule them).

So you got to ask yourself, can America fall much like the Roman empire? Are we in our final stages before we go through a period of urban unrest, chaos and death, before we rise up and invent new ways to cure cancer, harness energy? Can we have our on renaissance (that word means “re-birth”).

The answers to these questions are all in history. It’s amazing that we do not sit down and study that we are going to end up just like the Rome. But the light at the end of the tunnel can be seen. This light of rejoice and rebirth, into something even our forefathers could not have imagined.
