Felony Crimes Not Being Prosecuted on Govt Officials & Large Employer

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

Felony Crimes are the worst kind.  They are crimes which tend to result in jailtime of over one year.  Most people who commit felonies are arrested and quickly go to jail.  So, with all the recent government scandals, does it boggle the mind that multiple officials seem to be involved in felony crimes and not one of them has been arrested yet?  Amazing!

Well, some information now online seems to show documented evidence of felonies being committed, and it is both unreported in the major news media and so far seems to have gone totally unprosecuted.  The website http://stillsupremelyunjust.yolasite.com has court-coded evidence of horrific wrongdoing, if the documents are real.  Some also show what looks like EEOC rubberstamping and lying to a Congressman in a case involving possible discrimnation.  The website additionally shows the popular employer lied to a labor investigator and that labor officials seem to have closed the case without questioning any employer witnesses.  New information on that reveals State labor officials demanded a sworn statement from the employer regarding the claims against them and that failure to produce one would result in a subpoena, as required by State regulations.  However, the letter from the EEOC to one U.S. Congressman reveals they seem unable to find any such sworn statement.  Source information also indicates the EEOC has no subpoena on record either, hence, no apparent vailidity for closing the labor case at all.  Americans should be outraged, yet there’s more.

In other aspects of the case, the same website shows alleged court documents revealing the pro se plaintiff pleaded with the federal magistrate asking that she not allow perjurous and unnotarized affidavit testimony into court as evidence against him.  This was a case involving both claims of reverse discrimination by gender and alleged orders to discriminate based on race.  The female judge seems to have ignored his pleas and cited the false testimony as true rather than allowing a jury to decide such important issues having strong ramifications on the case.  She ruled against him, denying him a jury trial and preventing the man’s extensive evidence from being seen by jurors.  This very likely avoided a huge public humiliation for the well-known employer, not to mention the potentially great financial liabilities if a guilty verdict were rendered in a jury trial.  The outrage would possibly have been great considering the plaintiff has been financially destroyed and now lives in a mere tent.

A second website shows yet more corruption by courts the world has looked up to.  Information about “email evidence” on the site http://supremelyunjust.weebly.com shows the courts ignored the employer’s own email admission of improper hiring practices, apparently, and goes on to expose the fact that the judges involved openly violated Law imposed by U.S. Congress to close legal loopholes which employers had previously used to sidestep discrimination laws.  Fact is, the laws had been changed since 1991, so there is little chance the judges were ignorant on the matter.  Despite the evident perjurous testimony followed by court officials permitting its use, there seems to be no investigation nor any arrests made in conection with such villainous activities.
