Understanding what MARTIAL LAW does to YOUR rights

Fellow Patriots – I’ve been writing on Marshal Law and how to possibly deal with situations pertaining to Marshal Law, it has become clear through questions and comments that the American public may not know the true meaning of Marshal Law and why it’s so dangerous. This may have been touched on before and I will attempt to go as deep as I can with the definition of Marshal Law and what it truly means to you.

I will start off by listing the dictionary’s definition of Marshal Law. Read it carefully and also read between the lines. We’ll go through the definition together but it’s important to see how it is written and what this means to you as a civilian.

Martial law is the imposition of military rule by military authorities over designated regions on an emergency basis.
Martial law is usually imposed on a temporary basis when the civilian government or civilian authorities fail to function effectively (e.g., maintain order and security, or provide essential services), when there are extensive riots and protests, or when the disobedience of the law becomes widespread. So basically it is a requirement put on civilian government when they fail to function correctly.

The above definition is very general and basic in its explanation. However, there is a lot missing in this definition and those missing parts are what we as American should be concerned about. When Marshal Law has been implemented in the United States of America, we can pretty much consider ourselves at war with our own government. To explain such a bold statement, I will fill you in on what Marshal Law really is and how the government and military can use it to basically enslave everyone who falls in line.

Martial Law is an executive order. When Marshal Law has been placed into effect the first thing you will lose is your right to Habeas Corpus. Habitus Corpus is not a privilege but a right written into the constitution of the United States. It was deemed to be so important that several attempts in the past to impose Martial Law were knocked down due to the importance of Habeas Corpus. President Abraham Lincoln tried to impose Martial Law in 1863 but his attempt was found to be unconstitutional was never implemented. There have been many other examples of the Implementation of Marshall Law – Hurricane Katrina on a local a state level, Hawaii during the Japanese attack and several other actions over America’s history. Marshal Law in the US at this point in time may start as a local or even a state wide event but will grow to an implementation of country wide Marshal Law very quickly. Once the ball starts rolling, there will be no turning back.

Habeas Corpus – This is a right given to each American and placed in action to support the checks and balances of our court system. If you watch TV and notice that your rights have to be read to you when arrested, then you may be taken to jail where you will await a preliminary hearing of your case and this usually takes place within a day or two depending on where you live. If the judge feels there is not enough evidence he or she can drop the case and send you on your way. If the judge finds that there is merit in why you were arrested, that is the time when you are either released to your own recognizance and expected to show up in court to release any bond that may be in place. Also, if you can’t afford an attorney, one is appointed for you. No Bond, you stay in jail.
Marshall Law takes care of all of the above written. There’s no need for a lawyer, no need to have your rights read to you and no reason why any person of the military can’t place you in hand cuff’s, take you to a military site and keep you indefinitely. There is no civilian court judge to follow Habeas Corpus because as soon as Marshal Law has been implemented, Habeas Corpus is automatically suspended.

Examples of how devastating the suspension of what our country refers to a Habeas Corpus. It’s so easy to see throughout history if you just think about it. The names are different but the actions are the same. Let’s start with a good one.

HITLER – It was executive orders that would take over the country and place the NAZI dictatorship into action. Marshal Law was implemented and the NAZI military went to work kicking in doors, shooting who ever ran, and gave the military the freedom to ransack the entire country with no checks and balances in place. Make no mistake, there are many executive orders already written up by our government that gives the military free rain over any people or person that look to be dabbling outside of the rules. These executive orders are written in a format so that the government can gain 100% control of any American when the word is given.

The order of events will most likely be in the following layout. However, I always say “step back, take a breath and adapt and overcome.” The military taught me how to do this properly so you can expect anything to change in such a fluid situation as the implantation of Marshal Law.
