Why do I get the feeling that Obama’s agenda will destroy America?
It wouldn’t be because of the high gasoline prices and his refusal to bend on his energy policy? Probably not….Though, the high gasoline prices do inflate the market prices unrealistically and force more poverty on the American people. In fact, Obama has gasoline prices so high that I no longer drive unless it is absolutely necessary.
Maybe it’s because of his class warfare. Hitler did that just before invading Poland. Not likely…Class warfare agitates the people a little, but it by itself could not destroy America–could it? Probably not. Hitler did it so he could kill the Jews with impunity. I don’t think Obama wants to kill the rich–maybe just put them out of business a little.
Perhaps it’s because of his incredibly, ridiculously high spending–trillions of $. No, it can’t be that…. Bankrupting the country couldn’t destroy the country could it? I mean, if we are bankrupt then our money would be worthless–Oh,wait a minute! Our money is worthless.
How about his gun control measures? Do you think if the government disarms the people there will be no uprising when the government tries to take over? Mussolini did that; he took the guns away from the people and Hitler invaded without firing a shot. I do remember what happened to Mussolini after it was all over.
How about Fast & Furious? Have you all forgotten Fast & Furious. That little episode of the Obama administration was designed to make it look like our gun dealers were selling guns across the border without any restrictions. You realize of course that was only a ploy to make an attempt to offer the American people more restrictions on guns. Obama thought if he could convince the American people that our gun dealers were out of control, he could get more restrictions on gun buyers. Not a bad plan but the goal is to get the guns out of the hands of the American people, so when if does try to take over the country, we will not be able to defend ourselves against an oppressive government.

What happens to our freedom and our liberty if our government takes control of the media? It is not difficult to see that Obama is attempting to do just that. His measure of control is by intimidation. If certain people in the government are willing to give the media information about Obama and his administration and Obama has Eric Holder or Homeland Security intimidate all those involved, then those individuals both in the government and in the media will be unwilling to release the news or make public any information.
If Obama can control the media and control the information fed to the American people, he can distort the news and gain further control over the country. This is what they do in all dictatorships and all Communist countries. It is no surprise that Obama surreptitiously wants that power and there is no doubt in my mind he will make every attempt at utilizing that power for the purpose of controlling America. He is already doing it and so far he has the law on his side. Of course these are laws he had passed by convincing the American people they should give up a little freedom for their security and their own safety. Just remember this– If he controls all the information the American people receive, he will have no opposition to his agenda; he will control the country.
Right now, he is targeting FOX News, AP and I think he is also going after CBS. A reporter at CBS, ( Sharyl Attkisson) complained that her computers were hacked and she believes it was the Obama administration that did the hacking. It seems obvious that Obama is doing everything within his power to literally control all that he can and it is working.
He is also targeting Conservative Political groups threatening them with the power of the IRS. Today an IRS top executive while under Congressional order to give up information about her role in the targeting of these groups, that executive invoked her 5th amendment rights and walked out on Congress. Lois Lerner, the director of the IRS division that singled out conservative groups took the fifth today in order to shield the individual responsible for targeting Conservative Groups. Was that official our very own President, Obama? I really believe Obama was behind the attacks but not directly, but indirectly Obama runs the government and he knew what was going on and did not stop it. Now he is outraged? Why is he pretending to be outraged? All he had to do was suggest the idea of targeting Conservative groups and it was guaranteed to happen.
You don’t suppose Eric Holder went after the AP on his own do you? If you think that you have a great deal to learn about control freaks. Obama would never let Holder or Hillary or Lois Lerner do something without his approval. even if his approval came indirectly, it was still his approval; that’s the way the government works.
You can bet Obama is nowhere near finished with his agenda to change America. He is a sworn Muslim from the age of twelve or perhaps sooner. He has even confessed his loyalty to the Muslim faith…He took the oath. Do you think he will go back on his oath to his god. Everything Obama tells the American people is for his agenda and believe me–he does not have your best interest in mind. If you think he does, then you have a huge lesson to learn in the future. He promised change and you will get it. Right now you are only seeing the beginning of birth pains. Wait until he gets things going his way. If he gets the House in the next election, you can bend over America–your country is gone.
I think Obama will put an end to blogs like this one, not because it has any effect on his plans but because he can and he will. Any blog out there that tells the truth about Obama will be shut down–maybe not right away but soon. Recently, I posted something about Obama on Face Book and suddenly there were viruses everywhere and my old blog, Conservativetickler; it became infested. The same will probably happen to this blog too, because Obama’s people don’t want the truth out there.
A few minutes ago I tried to Google something and every time I went to search, Google re-directed my search off into cyberspace. This morning my computer was attacked by a Trojan virus. Fortunately, my firewall caught it and quarantined it. However, I have another computer that my virus protection did not stop and that computer is now virus city.
If you think Obama is a good guy, you better get used to the feeling of slavery. That’s what’s in store for America–and it is coming soon to a theater near you…

Our liberties are all in tact, you just have to know how to vigorously and intelligently defend them!
Employ the 11th amendment stripping doctrine, via litigation, against an offender who has trampled your liberties in his/her personal capacity and then attach their public hazard bond! Attaching their bond REMOVES the offender from his/her employment as a government employee.. no bond = no government job!
We need to learn how to represent ourselves in all legal actions! An attorney’s first duty is to the court, even to the detriment of his/her client “YOU”!!! Very few attorney’s will go against the court because they know that their jobs are at stake if they do!
At the founding of this nation, average Americans were some of the most knowledgeable of any countries citizens when it came to knowing the law! Very few attorneys were ever necessary, they “attorney’s” usually only represented corporations/business enterprises! The people knew how to represent themselves and accorded themselves very astutely in court!
We have been dumbed down and taught to believe that only an attorney can represent us if we have to go to court!
We have the right to represent ourselves! but very few know how or why we should represent ourselves in court!
When you hire an attorney “for any reason” you are informing the court that you are incompetent in representing yourself! You become a ward of the court !
Do you know where the demarcation line is for federal versus state territorial jurisdiction lies or what it is??
Do you know the difference between a united states district court and a district court of the united states??? Of course not!! I can only name a handful of people that actually know there is even a difference and what the difference is!
Do you know what an enacting clause is or why it’s important when it comes to the law?
Do you know where an enacting clause is supposed to be found but rarely if ever is??
Do you know what to do when the enacting clause is not where it is supposed to be?
Do you know what subject matter jurisdiction is?
WHY DON’T YOU KNOW THESE ANSWERS!?!?
School children in the 18th and 19th century in this country could correctly answer every single one of these questions and much much more!!
Stop watching reality TV and EDUCATE YOURSELVES!!! Or stop crying about your liberties!!
I like your response except for the last remark. This administration is much more damaging than just losing our liberties. It is deceitful, malicious, and demeaning. It is not injuring me and perhaps not you because according to you, you are learned enough and intelligent enough to fight them in court. You certainly have an over-inflated confidence in our judicial system and you are blessed with an over-inflated imagination of your abilities to fight subversion in a system of courts that are against you from the beginning. You can suggest I and the rest of the populace become educated but being educated does not fight the power of the one holding the guns. You my friend are the one with his head where the sun doesn’t shine. When the bullets begin flying from the enemy, I certainly hope your rhetorical abilities afford you a better defense.

Bullets rarely, if ever fly in court! I try avoid situations where I antagonize someone holding a gun..
The court room however if another story. Your defeatist attitude and an obvious lack of legal acumen is chilling!
Could you answer any of my aforementioned questions? no? not even one? Then you speak of that which you know not!
You must secure your legal standing long before you ever walk into a court room. You must endeavor to educate yourself instead of slinging arrows of derision and complaining about the system.
While your complaints are certainly valid for most defendants, they are easily dispensed with IF you are prepared and know your enemies weaknesses! You exploit their weakness to your advantage! I singled out a few in my prior post but sadly you will never avail yourself of them.
Are you aware of what their weaknesses are? No, you do not or you would not have responded to my post in the manner in which you did!
My over inflated imagination?? Strong words from a man who knows less than nothing of how to accord himself in a legal confrontation, one who is unable to answer the simplest of legal questions!
I again suggest that instead of attacking me, you begin studying! I have given you “in my prior post” a few secrets to defeating any attempt to put you in the position of being the defendant!!!!
What you chose to do with it is entirely up to you! I have offered this and much more to people in the past and I have found that rather than take the time to learn ANYTHING,.. people enjoy grousing about their misery, instead of actually doing something about it!
Remain the victim of the system if you must but don’t attempt to disparage me!

I have no intention of disparaging you, I simply pointed out that your attack on my supposed ignorance is of no value. You have no ability to litigate if the courts are stacked against you. Our country has fallen into a state of depravity that can only be explained by ignorance and apathy on the part of the voters. It does no good for you to attack me for my opinions any more than it does any good for me to attack you for your lack of understanding about the subversity of our courts. I can admire an individual who has the ability to litigate in a court. I have done it a number of times and I have defeated my opponents in simple cases of property. If there is to be a fight where the American people rise up against an oppressive government, that fight will not take place in the courts; it will be a bloody mess in our streets. Personally, I do not want to be in the midst of it. I have lived my life; now it is time to tell the people about their coming fate, what they have done to themselves and their childern. You go fight your fight in the courts and good luck to you. I will continue to tell the people to prepare for the worst, because no court nor politician, nor lawyer will be there to save them.
