Open Letter to President Obama Respectfully Asking for Full Galactic Disclosure from Elizabeth Trutwin

My dear President Obama,

I would like to raise certain points to be implemented as a matter of urgency in the interest of the United States effective government and progress. As a major reform, independence should be introduced to the Media, so they are no longer under the control of a Gag Order on the issue of the Secret Space Program. This would enable freedom from political influence or physical threats for telling the Truth.

Since the beginning of the We The People White House Petition website there have been at least six petitions asking for an official Disclosure of our governmentʻs contact with Extraterrestrials. In an earlier response to the Disclosure Petition created by Stephen Bassett of the Paradigm Research Group the White House Office of Science Technology Policy (OSTP) commented: “The U.S. government has no evidence that any life exists outside our planet or that an extraterrestrial presence has contacted or engaged any member of the human race.”This response is completely unacceptable.

You have said: “The bottom line is nobody is more committed to manned space flight, to the human exploration of space than I am but we got to [do] it in a smart way but can’t be doing the same old things we have been doing by doing it the old way.” In this manner a higher standard of integrity will be possible, unaffected by any political sway. We have seen evidence as reported in the New York Times newspaper the plan for United States Bases on Mars and the Moon through the National Space Council. There are images from Mars and the Moon showing these Bases exist. We have seen images taken from the Apollo Space Craft of an Extraterrestrial vehicle flying beside our Rocket near the Moon. 

We understand that the National Security Agency (NSA) has its own Astronauts and they with Extraterrestrials were on the Moon waiting for Americaʻs Landing on the Moon on July 21,1969. This is the secret Neil Armstrong took to his grave. We understand that the International Space Station Astronauts have a Joint Mission with Extraterrestrial scientists from other sectors of Space. If progress is to occur, elected representatives and their appointed servants must make transparency a priority. Mark Kelly, NASA Astronaut who is tied for the most Space Shuttle Flights to ISS was your guest at the State of the Union Address last year. His wife, Rep. Gabby Giffords, former member of The Committee on Science, Space and Technology was gravely wounded for reasons still unknown. Marks twin brother, Scott Kelly was Commander of the ISS Expedition 26 when Gabby suffered a gunshot wound to the head in an attempted assassination. If progress is to occur, the Media must be free to report Truth in the news.  Even if the Truth means telling us the International Space Station has been weaponized. These points for review were shared with me from those inside the government who hold the physical proof and I will protect their identity until the Media is free to report the Truth.

It seems there are a large number of profiteers blocking an official Disclosure Announcement. A small few members of the United States CIA, NSA, DOD, NASA, Joint Chiefs and Supreme Court Judges and many Private Contractors refuse to reveal the deception to citizens of the United States. There is a lot of money to be made in Secret Space Exploration out to deep space. NASAʻs budget is spent in the hundreds of millions to private contractors flying to the International Space Station. This deception is being upheld by members of other governments, military members, scientists, computer experts, commercial contractors as well as celebrities. No one speaks up because they have been placed under a Gag Order. In other words, they have been told that should they come forward they and their dearest family will be killed. We can only wonder what happened in Representative Giffordʻs case. We are all very grateful that she has recovered from her wounds and is moving on with her life. Gabby, Mark and Scott are American Heros. My dear President, you do not have such a Gag Order in place. Indeed, you have a responsibility to report what you know to the American people and the World.

Clearly, with regard to the above matters it is necessary to re-establish trust within the various groups in society so that a network of support to prevent and to alleviate problems may be seen to exist. This should be implemented through public Announcement and Disclosure at regional, national and international levels. As the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces and the President of the United States you are responsible for the actions of your administration and armed forces. It is very important that the elected government become accountable through self- disclosure to those it represents its many contacts with Extraterrestrials.

As a Citizen of the United States and a registered voter I have a responsibility to request you uphold your official Oath of Office. In the political context, the ruling parties should set an example in honesty from the top Cabinet and Judicial level so that the effectiveness of the corrupt will be minimized. As an Earth Citizen I have a responsibility to command you, my elected representative, to admit to the World that for decades the United States government has contacted and continues to contact Extraterrestrials. If the United States is to advance along a path of healthy and positive development that may set an example in the World community, it is essential that these matters be examined by all. In order to achieve and maintain a peaceful and harmonious external environment, a peaceful and harmonious internal environment is required that respects and encourages physical and spiritual well-being throughout the World.

I am an advocate for the re-establishment of positive values in all spheres of life and to promote the search for Truth, the manifestation of integrity and the implementation of the human law of selfless love for all beings. When you act as the Commander in Chief overriding all breakdown in the three branch system, you enhance the higher values of humankind  encourage the elevation of community and individual consciousness and promote a Planet of Peace. Thank you for your kind consideration.

I encourage anyone reading this to feel free to forward this letter to President Obama or write your own heartfelt letter. So that those in the Media may demand a full congressional investigation of the National Space Council activities from 1989 – 1992:

In response to an earlier petition: “The U.S. government has no evidence that any life exists outside our planet or that an extraterrestrial presence has contacted or engaged any member of the human race.” Due to national security, the U.S. should conduct an investigation. Transparently review the National Space Council 1989 – 1993 with access to classified documents, the power to call witnesses and grant immunity, publicly presenting findings. Gain Self-Disclosure from our elected government representatives re: images of ET/UFO activities and information regarding conflicts between Ex-NASA Chief Richard Truly and President George Bush. None of the Council or those they reported to ever shared publicly the details with a budget in the billions.
