FISA Court Complicit Witness to NSA Illegalities Against US Citizens

The FISA court’s hand was tipped in favor of the American people today. It was forced to concede that it had knowledge that the government’s NSA, and other agencies, have been improperly and illegally spying on American citizens with

thousands of mistakes being made within just one year.

July 4th, 1776. “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”

It is our opinion, that the FISA court’s confession is related to the recent revelations of Mr.Edward Joseph Snowden, the former CIA operative and now exiled US Citizen. We believe Snowden did not intend to harm anyone and only did America and American citizens a great favor by revealing that the US government was using its own agencies such as the NSA against its own people.  Snowden is simply an American attempting to protect the liberties of other Americans right to free speech, life, liberty and the right to live freely from unwarranted searches and seizures. Our God-given Freedoms and Liberties are non-negotiable. Snowden’s disclosures and the will of the American people, forced the FISA court to reveal its formerly classified data collection demands of ISP servers such as Yahoo and others. We honestly do not yet know how deep the collusion has gone to hide secrets of domestic spying from the American people. Investigative  journalist, Michael Hasting’s sudden suspicious death has many still questioning if there is a government connection.  Hastings, was about to unleash an exposé that he had been working on about  the Obama administration’s US CIA Director John Brennan.

According to, San Diego’s Channel 6 investigative reporter and journalist, Kimberly Dvorak, Hastings next exposé was purportedly going to include facts contained in a hacked email from an uber secret CIA contractor, Stratfor’s President Fred Burton, which alleged that,

“Obama counter-terrorism Czar Brennan, was in charge of the government’s continued crackdown or witch-hunt on investigative journalists.”

The IRS is another example of targeting individuals based upon their political affiliations and the “contents of their prayers.” Even the DEA was told by the Obama administration  to instruct the IRSto leave no traceable sources within their investigations.

Here below is the document which was signed today by the uber secret FISA court Judge: Reggie B. Walton, Judge United States Foreign Surveillance Court.

American corporations have been sworn to secrecy at the cost of their freedoms and their very way of life. ISP’s who have chosen to not share their clients or customers data have been forced to close down their doors. Dallas, Texas based Lavabit is a notable recent example of how sinister and real the attacks against our own US Citizens and their companies are. This can’t possibly be tolerated any longer. The 4th Amendment was supposed to protect the US Citizens from unreasonable search and seizure. It is not Consitutional to have the government threaten to imprision, tax, or charge with crimes those who choose to not coorperate with a government mandated mugging of data secrets or a government implemented gag order sentencing while persons are still considered to be “free until proven guilty”.

Our founding document the Declaration of Independence states that we have the right to of “Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.” Where is there any happiness or the pursuit thereof to be found for citizens being secretly targeted via FISA courts NSA, DEA, FBI, IRS, or take your pick of over two dozen government agencies. The government’s secret is “out”. And these agencies are not operating with “the consent of the governed.”

We The People must reign in this unruly government using the laws that exist within the constraints of our US Constitution and abolish all Un-Constitutionally implemented laws and agencies, one by one.
