The mandatory collection of ALL digital data for two years.
Immunity from prosection for police and military personnel.
Travel restrictions for Australian citizen within Australia.
Possible introduction of a national “ID card” with biometric information.
..plus other undisclosed “measures” to combat “terrorism”.
These measures strip the Australian Constitution of any powers in light of “the emergency” which, is in effect, an undeclared suspension of the Constitution.
So, you don’t have to declare Martial Law in words, just actions.
