Do You Really Know What the 14th Amendment to the U.S. CONstitution says? - Part I

We are going to tear apart the 14th Amendment of the US CONstitution.  Just a warning, in case you are content to be ruled by the power elite!

Legalese is a code language designed by lawyers and the international money changers to deceive the common man who do not speak or understand their code language. So let’s decode some of these words, and then look at what the 14th Amendment to the Constritution really says.

Person:  a man or woman according to the rank he/she holds in society, with all the right to which the place he/she holds entitles him/her and the duties which it imposes.   Personage:  a face mask, an actor, performer, performing positions or functions of office.

In England, persons of rank in society are noblemen: Knights, Earls, Dukes, Kings, Queens, etc.  Who has “rank” in America with rights and duties?   Officers of the government?   Police, Sheriffs, Mayors, Reps and Senators, the President, ambassadors, and so on…. anyone who works for, takes a paycheck from the state or federal government is a “person” with rank of office.

The way the US CORP gets you and I to agree to be one of them is to say we are a “person”.  Once you do that, they have got you under their statutes, codes, rules, and regulations.  You are not a legal “person” if you do not work for the government!

Individual:  a single person, as opposed to a group of persons such as a corporation, partnership, limited liability corporation, mutual associations, etc.   

So, an individual is one officer / employee of the government.  The lawyers use circular definitions, by using the word supposedly being defined within the definition…  a no no for anyone writing a definition.

United States:  one of three meanings; 1) the sovereign nation in company with other sovereigns of the family of nations; or, 2) it may designate the “territory” over which the sovereignty of the “United States” extends (notice the use of the term inside the definition of the term, circular definition); or, 3)  it may be the collective name of the states which are united by and under the Constitution.  Hooven & Allison Co. v Evatt 324 U.S. 652 (1945).

Guess which one is the one most often used in the statutes, regs and rules of the corporate United States?  If you guessed #2, you are correct.  What does the second meaning really say?  Long story made short… it means the territory over which the corporate federal government has control.  A state is not a territory.  So, what remains?  Well, today, the U.S. government has control of the District of Columbia, and the territories of Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, and the Virgin, Midway, Marshall, and Northern Mariana Islands.  If you live in the District of Columbia, or one of those territories, you are a subject under the rule of the United States Government located in the District of Columbia.  

So, most of the time, the U.S. Codes, Statutes, Rules and Regs use the term “United States” to mean the District of Columbia and the above named territories.  Where does that leave you?  

United States citizen: a subject of the United States.  Which United States?  The second one above.  Anyone born in, naturalized in, or residing in the District of Columbia, or one of the named territories above is a citizen (lower case “c”) of the United States.   

Anyone born in on of the 50 states of the united States of America is a Citizen (with a capital “C”) of the state in which they were born.  And, you are not a citizen of the United States corporation in Washington, D.C. unless you have chosen to be one.

How do they get you to volunteer into their system?  Look at the bottom of the contracts you are signing with them.  Employment agreement / application, Voter’s Registration, Driver’s License, Bank Acct application, Credit Card application…. every one of them have a question at the bottom that asks if you are a United States citizen.  Did you check the yes box?  If so, you just volunteered to be one of their subjects.  You just became their slave.  Once you do, they can do anything with their employee / citizen / subject / slave that they want to.  You just elected them as your employer, and are an unpaid volunteer… a slave!

Did they tell you what the term “United States citizen” means?  Did they explain the definition to you before you signed the contract?  Or, did they let you assume it meant anyone within the geographical borders of the fifty states?

Non-disclosure is constructive fraud.   Fraud vitiates all contracts.  They are null and void from inception.

Reside: the act of living or staying in a specified place while performing official duties; temporary office place of an agent or officer / person employed by the government.  

Include / Includes / Including: “Inclusio Unius est exclusio alterius.” Latin for the inclusion of one person or thing is the exclusion of any other.  

They let you assume that ‘includes” means “in addition to”, a common understanding.  In law, it only means the items listed after the words “include, includes, and including.” 

For instance, if the definition of the word “states” in a statute is listed as “including the states of Georgia, Virginia, and West Virginia,” then the only states which are affected by that particular statute are Georgia, Virginia, and West Virginia.  The rest of the states are excluded as they were not listed in the definition.

So, when a code or statute says “the United States including the District of Columbia, and its territories”, only the District of Columbia and the territories are affected by that code or statute.  The 50 states are excluded!

Do you see the game they make you play.  They let us assume a common meaning or understanding so that we will volunteer to be ruled by them.

Now let’s take a look at the 14th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America, remembering that it was adopted July 9, 1868, during the reconstruction after the Civil War.

Article XIV, Section I -

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside.  No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Decoding the legalese of Section I, and replacing them with the common meanings defined in the definitions above, Section 1 reads this way:

All (officers/employees/agents/ volunteers of the District of Columbia or one of the territories) born or naturalized in (the District of Columbia, or one of the territories), and subject to the jurisdiction (of the District of Columbia, or one of the territories of the U.S.), are (employees / officers / agents of the government / or volunteers) of the (District of Columbia or one of the territories) and the state wherein they (have office).  No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of (officers, agents, employees of volunteers) of the (District of Columbia / territories); nor shall any state deprive any (officer / agent/ employee / volunteer) of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any (officer / agent/ employee/ citizen of the District of Columbia / territories) within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Do you see it now? They were protecting their officers, employees, and agents from retaliation by any one state after the civil war!
