Something Horrible Will Happen in October! Obama Makes His Exit Move to Kill the Country Before Leaving Office!

If flooding the country with millions of migrants wasn’t enough, our leftist government now wants to make white communities more “multicultural” by flooding suburbs with Section 8 housing to “punish them for being too rich and white.” At least that is according to President Obama’s Housing Secretary, Julian Castro, who plans to issue vouchers to help urban poor afford higher rents in pricey areas, such as Westchester County, all while assigning them government agents they are calling “mobility counselors” to aid in the process.
The new plan is called “Small-Area Fair Market Rents” and it will likely be signed by President Obama this October before leaving office, and no congressional approval will be necessary.
Trial runs for done in 1994 and 2012 this exact initiative have failed twice in history past, proving there’s a bigger agenda in play.

So whats the real agenda considering all other attempts at similar initiatives have failed?
This isn’t just about sending the poor into wealthy neighborhoods like the left likes to claim, it’s about breaking up former communities and turning America into a third world country. Desegregate inner cities and integrate outer suburbs.

Charlie here. Nobody needs to comply to this illegal racist radical directive coming from the illegal sodomite negro and his Cuban/Mexican Castro illegal appointee.
The more the negro does up there the more crimes you can charge him with. I cannot say abuse of office or dereliction of duty because the negro is not a legal sitting US president but an impostor.

I live in Westchester County NY. We’ve been under a nasty consent decree for about 7 years now, and it’s expiring. This was their first attempt to force wealthy white communities to add poor minorities … just because. Well we fought back hard and it isn’t all that Obama had hoped. We’re building some isolated apartments in odd locations and putting the outsiders in there, and there’s nothing they can do about it.
So this seems like their next try, but Obama doesn’t have long in office to make it stick. Key is the requirement that landlords not consider “source of income” i.e. they must accept Section 8 money on equal terms with other rent, even though Section 8 tenants are known to destroy properties and whole apartment complexes by their behavior and their very presence. We were forced to pass such a law as a part of the consent decree. (However, the punishment may just be to pay a fine to Westchester County, something a landlord might gladly do to avoid Section 8 coming into his building. He may not have to rent to the person anyway.)
So this won’t force us to build any new housing for outsider minorities, but it could force apartments to accept people on Section 8 as they show up with their big new rental vouchers. Interestingly in the case of Westchester, it will probably just make the poorer areas worse, because they were still too expensive for the old level of Section 8 payments. But the better areas just don’t have apartment complexes with over six units, so they are not affected.

This same thing was tried years ago and it was known as “Block Busting” where a few minority families were moved in and property values declined so badly that the whites all moved out and sold at a loss. Electing mayors, school board members, and other local representatives with the backbone to stand up to this, along with owners refusing to sell cheaply or turn their properties into section 8 rentals will stop it. Their are many ways to rent and sell privately that will keep you out of this trap. You CANNOT be forced to rent or sell to anyone and you do NOT have to give a reason, merely that you “choose not to”. If you MUST give a reason, a credit or criminal background check will usually give you all the reason you need.
Julian Castro, whose mother is a founding member of La Raza, will be Hillary’s pick for V P, and who will automatically become President WHEN she is forced out of office by indictment, scandal, health, or other reason LONG before the end of her first term if she should win.
