Fake Stream Media News reports that the Constitution does not define what the term ‘natural born Citizen’ means ….

News media ‘investigators’, Constitutional Lawyers & Scholars, and Congressional Research Services all conclude that the founding fathers and authors of the Constitution did not bother to define what they meant by Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, when they said that only a certifiably-proven-to-be natural born (US) Citizen can assume or be elected to the office of President of the United States.

This is ‘Fake News’ at its most corrupt and ‘fakiest’, since the Constitution does indeed define what they meant, in easy-to-understand-by-the-people language, to wit:

1. U.S. Constitution – Article II, Section 1, Clause 5:
   1. ‘No Person except a natural born Citizen, … shall be eligible to the Office of President’, … and who
   2. shall have attained the age of 35 years, and who
   3. shall have been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

The term ‘SHALL’ means ‘must have certifiably proven to all whom they would serve’ to be:

a.    a ‘natural born Citizen’: by verifiable and certifiable birth records and documents (faked forgeries do not count) (see CBS News coverage of Arpaio’s 2012 Press Conference here: www.TinyURL.com/CBSNews-ObamasForgedIDs);

b.    ‘age of 35 years’: by verifiable and certifiable birth records (faked forgeries do not count);

c.    ‘fourteen Years a Resident’: by verifiable and certifiable Travel, Passport, and Immigration records (missing from the archives, destroyed, or sequestered records do not count);

1. U.S. Constitution – Article I, Section 8, Clause 10:
   1. “The Congress shall have the Power … to define and punish Offenses against the Law of Nations” (a 1758 legal treatise by Emmerich de Vattel);
   2. Book One, Chapter 19, Section 212 of the Law of Nations says:
      “… The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens.

      The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent. … I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.”

NOTE:  It goes without saying that pResident Obama/Soetoro has claimed for all his life that his father was Barack Hussein Obama, Sr., a non-U.S. citizen, including in his books and writings, and on his proven-to-be forged Certificate of Live Birth posted on a U.S. Government website … a felony violation of Federal law!

Therefore, we must conclude that:

1. The Constitution does indeed define the term ‘natural born Citizen;’
2. Obama/Soetoro does not, cannot, and never did meet the requirements of that still-in-effect (but oft-tried-to-be-removed by Congress) Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution;
3. Obama/Soetoro is a usurper who has unlawfully and unconstitutionally occupied and taken control of the Office of POTUS by force of contrivance, concealment, conceit, disssembly and deceit – making his occupancy and his actions thereof and therein both null and void … and are crimes that remain punishable to the fullest extent of the law;

And we must also conclude, without any stretch of the imagination, that:

1. The ‘Fake Stream Media’ investigators, Constitutional Lawyers & Scholars, and Congressional Research Services all know that Obama/Soetoro is a hoax and imposter using forged and fabricated documents to unlawfully and unconstitutionally occupy the Office of President and Commander in Chief;
2. All members of Congress (and the Joint Chiefs of Staff) know that Obama/Soetoro is a hoax and imposter using forged and fabricated documents to unlawfully and unconstitutionally occupy the Office of President and Commander in Chief;

And finally, we must conclude that any actions by the incoming President-elect Donald Trump concerning Obama/Soetoro’s obvious crimes, … any actions that require the support of the obviously complicit members of Congress, can only be obtained by issuing blanket pardons to all except Obama/Soetoro and his fellow perpetrators in these acts of Treason!
