Godfathers of Dope Paradise Secretly Block Justice in Hawaii To Control Drugs Trafficked Globally

Las Vegas, NV (11-22-17) — An unprecedented petition to the Criminal Division of the Justice Department featuring music by The Eagles and the U.S. Air Force Band has been filed by award-winning filmmaker, Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz, titled “The Godfathers of Dope Paradise.” The video and petition supplements a detailed history of drug trafficking and money laundering among Hawaii’s wealthiest families, companies, and banks impacting the whole United States and “Opioid Emergency” killing millions of people worldwide.

Given Hawaii’s history in opium trafficking and strategic location as a drug transport station, the Petition calls for a Special Prosecutor to investigate the State’s concealed conflicting interests in opposing President Trump’s border security law affecting Hawaii’s airports and seaports in Honolulu and Hilo. “SIGN THE PETITION if you love your life, your health, brothers and sisters, and America; and want real action, not lip service, from the President, politicians, police and the courts to defeat the mob in Hawaii that damages more than you ever imaged,” posted investigative journalist Sherri Kane on Facebook.

Dr. Horowitz’s open reply to the Justice Department follows White House and Criminal Division correspondence to Kane–the doctor’s partner. The whistleblowers are among many victims of statewide organized crime compiled by retired police investigator, James Benish, who filed with U.S. District Court Chief Judge J. Michael Seabright a grand jury complaint on 12-10-15.

Benish’s affidavit names the officials and law enforcers tied to the crimes, featuring drug trafficking, money laundering, and theft of citizens’ properties, including Horowitz’s home and life-savings. Several crimes and damaged families involve alleged drug kingpin, Paul J. Sulla, Jr. of Hilo. The Hawaii Community Foundation is named among several implicated non-profits and banking institutions.

Benish’s complaint, like several of the victims’ cases, were stonewalled by Seabright, and most recently by the Chief Justice of the Ninth Circuit, who passed the buck to the Justice Department (as you can read by clicking the Ninth Circuit Correspondence of 11-16-17).

“This buck-passing and stonewalling justice affects every American, and people worldwide due to Hawaii’s central role in the flow of illegal drugs internationally, explained Dr. Horowitz. “This best explains the State AG’s–Douglas Chin’s–and Seabright’s subordinate’s, Judge Watson’s, opposition to the President’s efforts to bolster border security.  The Asian, American, and Mexican-Columbian drug mobs abuse Hawaii most commonly as the key transport hub, and we have recorded a growing pattern of corruption demonstrated in State and federal courts,” 

Petitioners (2) are requesting the White House and Attorney General Sessions intervene. A Special Prosecutor (“SP”) is needed, they say, to supplement the FBI’s ongoing investigation into Honolulu Police Department (HPD) corruption, that also appears stonewalled.

The Petition urges the SP to “begin investigating the State Attorney General’s office, and subordinates in Honolulu and on The Big Island of Hawaii (where money laundering activities are known to be prevalent), including parties evidenced in court records to have aided-and-abetted by willful blindness, and/or direct complicity, racketeering involving illegal drug commerce and abuse of the harbors and airports in the State for drug trafficking, facilitated by lax cargo inspections and failing border security.”

The Petition asserts that the FBI’s Honolulu Division was “seriously constrained under Robert Mueller’s administration, permitting publicly known injustices to go unattended and unpunished.”

Dr. Horowitz’s open reply also cites “evidence of influence peddling” in Honolulu and on the Big Island that is a federally recognized “High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA)” widely known to be manufacturing the bulk of crystal meth and hallucinogenic DMT going to the mainland from Hawaii.

Petitioners Request the Arizona Massacre Case be Re-opened

The Past FBI Director, and Past President George H. W. Bush appointee, Robert Mueller, may have closed the Arizona Massacre investigation prematurely. Victims included federal Judge John Roll, and Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, who opposed lax border security and its role in drug trafficking. Before she was critically-wounded, the Congresswoman sponsored legislation to seal cyber-banking loopholes used to launder drug money and defraud consumers. The bill never reached the House floor for a vote.

These matters were neglected by the press that focused instead on gun control, diverting from Giffords’ and Roll’s collaboration to stop illegal immigration, drug trafficking across insecure borders, and money laundering by complicit banks.

Court records and video evidence filed by Horowitz with Seabright and the FBI in Hawaii revealed this apparent foul play in Arizona is linked to Big Island drug trafficker Sulla and his cohorts in alleged cybercrimes, especially Alma C. Ott, a nationally known conspiracy theorist and leading white supremacy propagandist.

But Robert Mueller’s fellow George H. W. Bush appointee, Judge Seabright, struck the evidence bearing on the shootings, raising the question of influence peddling to conceal the motive and gang behind the murder of Judge Roll.

Citing the anti-racketeering federal law 42 U.S.C. 1986 that moves “conscious” people to act, the doctor added, “We are our brothers’ and sisters’ keepers, responsible for each others’ health and safety.”
