1-He knew it was coming. One producer says in all the time they filmed, unless he had horrible food poisoning, our celebrity would be in his room only for sleeping/passing out. This time was different. It was almost as if he was hiding in his room and he kept saying they are coming. He had been perfectly normal until he received word of the death of several people, but one in particular who would make sure the person with information would remain quiet. It took less than a week for them to come for our celebrity.

@ 21:30 – 23:00 Ripert says to his early-career French chef mentor who is walking with him: “Anthony thinks we are going to make him a meal, he doesn’t know I’m thinking of murdering him.” “Do you think we could poison him? Or just cut his throat? Then says “what to do with all the blood?“

They go shopping for champagne, booze and a garrote. One comments: “this would make nice complement to kill a traveling television show host.” Then Eric says “Hail Satan,” and his mentor replies says, “may he forever Reign !” Mean while, Anthony’s in his hotel room waiting for Eric to come make him a meal.

At the very end of the episode, Eric Ripert has his own very bloody scene. It has Eric holding a knife in his hands and he’s got blood on him with blood around the kitchen. For those who dont know? A garrote is not a kitchen utensil. It is used to hang and then behead someone.
