More Gun Control? More Gun Laws Don't Deter Criminals

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

“The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is,
as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.”
– Thomas Jefferson

credit

Guns actually save more lives than they take… and prevent more injuries than they inflict.

Guns are used 2.5 million times a year in self-defense. Law-abiding men and women use guns to defend themselves against criminals as many as 2.5 million times every year — or about 6,850 times a day. This means that each year, firearms are used greater than 80 times more often to protect lives than to take lives.

However, some government officials do not agree. Examine all the gun control bills listed below, and you can easily conclude that you are looking at mass gun control legislation that will eventually disarm Americans. All of this is tied to the ongoing agenda of the United Nations and Agenda 2030.

The U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 8 on 2/27/2019 to require a background check for every firearm sale. H.R. 8 was put on the U.S. Senate Calendar on 3/4/2019. This bill must be defeated.

There are five other related pieces of Federal legislation to H.R. 8 (linked below)

PLEASE be sure to click on the hotlinks for each bill below so you can see for yourselves the details of the bills and who the sponsors are…

 Gun Control Is Unconstitutional

Universal Background Checks Require Gun Registration.

Remember: with gun registration comes confiscation.

Red Flag Laws let the police confiscate guns without due process. The force behind the Red Flag Laws are the crooked politicians and globalists who want to disarm all Americans. The United Nations and the United States has been working on this issue for years! See Public Law 87-297 that was passed September 26, 1961 when JFK was president and which was used to publish the Department of State Publication 7277 - Freedom from War.

Public Law 87-297 basically calls for the United States to eliminate its armed forces. This law was signed for the United States in 1961. John F. Kennedy signed it and every president since has worked to enact its provisions. The government knows you will not approve which is why they want to take away your firearms.

Section 2 (Purpose) of Public Law 87-297 states:

It is the purpose of this Act to provide impetus toward this goal by creating a new agency of peace to deal with the problem of reduction and control of armaments looking toward ultimate world disarmament.

The United Nations Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration Resource Centre says this:

Disarmament is the collection, documentation, control and disposal of small arms, ammunition, explosives and light and heavy weapons from combatants and often from the civilian population. Disarmament also includes the development of responsible arms management programmes.

So, you see, this is not new and has been supported by both Democrats and Republicans. The elitists must replace our Constitution in order to get rid of our guns (“armaments”).

Under Title 22 of the U.S. Code, Foreign Relations and Intercourse, you’ll see Sections 2551, 2552, 2571, & 2573 which address the U.S. government’s agenda (which unfortunately is in compliance with U.N. goals and agenda) toward the total disarmament of the general public!

IN SECTION 2551, you will find the Statement of Purpose, which is to make the world “free from scourge of war and the dangers and burdens of armaments; in which the use of force has been subordinated to the rule of law, and in which international adjustments to a changing world are achieved peacefully.”

IN SECTION 2552, you will find a definition of what the U. S. Government means by the term “disarmament”. It reads:

(a) The terms “arms control” and “disarmament” mean the identification, verification, inspection, limitation, control, reduction, or elimination, of armed forces and armaments of all kinds under international agreement including the necessary steps taken under such an agreement to establish an effective system of international control, or to create and strengthen international organizations for the maintenance of peace.

IN SECTION 2571, you will find the Director of the U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency is authorized and directed, under the direction of the president, to achieve a long list of goals listed from (a) through (m) which massively diminishes our defense capabilities, ravages our security, and obliterates our sovereignty. Elimination of armed forces and armaments is listed twice in this section. It also includes the requirement for elimination of conventional weapons. As we witness the conduct of public officials as they encroach upon the unalienable right of the people to keep and bear arms and witness the disregard for the non-repealable status of the Second Amendment of the Bill of Rights, it gives proof of the true intent behind the terms “conventional weapons“, and “general and complete disarmament”. The pursuit is for total and complete disarmament of the United States and its people and for the surrender of U.S. sovereignty to international communist-dominated organizations. State Department Publication 7277 makes these facts indisputable. (Keep reading. We address that below.)

IN SECTION 2573, you will find “Policy Formulation” which contains two prohibitions. One states: “No action shall be taken pursuant to this chapter or any other Act that would obligate the United States to reduce or limit the Armed Forces or armaments of the United States in a militarily significant manner, except pursuant to the treaty-making power of the President, or unless authorized by the enactment of further legislation by the Congress of the United States.” Realize that the U.S. president and the Congress hold the power to activate their complete disarmament goals! Then it will be permissible for the United States to reduce or eliminate Armed Forces and armaments, and to prohibit individuals from the acquisition, possession, or use of firearms.

The United Nations (U.N.) and the U.S. State Department have been trying to do away with our 2nd Amendment for a long, long time. In 1961, during the Nixon administration, State Department Document 7277 “Freedom from War” was created which calls for complete disarmament.

It provides for progressive disarmament steps to take place in three stages and for the simultaneous strengthening of international institutions. This would be the strengthening of the U.N. Peacekeeping Forces. (Good-bye, 2nd Amendment!) Do you think that this might be why so many groups and organizations are calling for an Article V Constitutional Convention?

Whether it be a national leader or whoever speaks of “peace”, “freedom”, “a safer world”, and “a more peaceful world”… it is the 1961 General and Complete Disarmament Law to which they could be referring.

Attention, Readers! We are in Stage III of the disarmament laid out in U.S. State Department Publication 7277, and this ties directly in with the United Nations Agenda and goals of a One World Government.

STAGE III (Final Stage of DISARMAMENT!) The information below is taken directly from the State Department Document 7277 “Freedom from War” — from 58 YEARS AGO (1961):

By the time Stage III has been completed, the confidence produced through a verified disarmament program, the acceptance of rules of peaceful international behavior, and the development of strengthened international peace-keeping processes within the framework of the U.N. should have reached a point where the states of the world can move forward to Stage III. In Stage III, progressive controlled disarmament and continuously developing principles and procedures of international law would proceed to a point where no state would have the military power to challenge the progressively strengthened U.N. Peace Force and all international disputes would be settled according to the agreed principles of international conduct.

The progressive steps to be taken during the final phase of the disarmament program would be directed toward the attainment of a world in which:

(a) States would retain only those forces, non-nuclear armaments, and establishments required for the purpose of maintaining internal order; they would also support and provide agreed manpower for a U.N Peace Force.

(b) The U.N. Peace Force, equipped with agreed types and quantities of armaments, would be fully functioning.

(c) The manufacture of armaments would be prohibited except for those of agreed types and quantities to be used by the U.N. Peace Force and those required to maintain internal order. All other armaments would be destroyed or converted to peaceful purposes.

(d) The peacekeeping capabilities of the United Nations would be sufficiently strong and the obligations of all states under such arrangements sufficiently far-reaching as to assure peace and the just settlement of differences in a disarmed world. [emphasis ours]

Summary of the State Department Document 7277: The main objective of all the gun control legislation is to disarm America gradually. The United Nations is behind a substantial amount of this. State Department Document 7277 lays out the disarmament and we are presently in Stage III.

At the end of Stage III disarmament, progressive controlled disarmament and continuously developing principles and procedures of international law would proceed to a point where no state would have the military power to challenge the progressively strengthened U.N. Peace Force, and all international disputes would be settled according to the agreed principles of international conduct.

For America, that will mean no private gun ownership, and all U.S. Armed Forces will be transferred to the U.N. This will leave the U.N. Peace Keeping Forces in charge, and America can kiss their Freedom and Liberty goodbye.

You may have heard the old metaphor about the frog in water:  if you put a frog in boiling water, it will hop out… but if you put it in room temperature water and gradually increase the temperature of the water, the frog will let itself be boiled. This metaphor is meant to warn us about slowly developing dangers in addition to obvious ones. Secure Arkansas cannot think of a better metaphor to represent what’s occurring with the gradual, continual, unconstitutional encroachment on our gun rights…

Why should we, the people, allow MORE gun control that would authorize the government to proceed to disarm us incrementally?

Public trust in our government is at an all-time low.

What part of the 2nd Amendment don’t our politicians understand?

Gun control is absolutely unconstitutional!

And yes, we should investigate the drug problem as well, but we also know that the problems run a lot deeper than drugs! However, we’ve included an article (linked directly below) that touches on the problem of drugs and should not be dismissed.

Antidepressants are a prescription for mass shootings

Before the late nineteen eighties, mass shootings and acts of senseless violence were relatively unheard-of. Prozac, the most well known SSRI (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor) antidepressant, was not yet on the market. When Prozac did arrive, it was marketed as a panacea for depression which resulted in huge profits for its manufacturer Eli Lilly. Of course other drug companies had to create their own cash cow and followed suit by marketing their own SSRI antidepressants.

Subsequently, mass shootings and other violent incidents started to be reported. More often than not, the common denominator was that the shooters were on an antidepressant, or withdrawing from one. This is not about an isolated incident or two but numerous shootings. The question is, during the past twenty years is the use of antidepressants here a coincidence or a causation?

Drug use has been found to cause violence and has been linked to the majority of suicide and mass shootings. Why aren’t the politicians addressing the problems of prescription drugs? (Are the politicians also in bed with the pharmaceutical companies? Are we, the people, being sold out as mere chattel for the almighty dollar? Follow the money…)

Every time there is a gun crisis, the liberals scream for gun control using their political doctrine and propaganda. Politically, the term “liberal” means:  a person who believes that government should be active in supporting unconstitutional, broad-sweeping changes, including social and political.

After the tragic El Paso and Dayton shootings, some of our politicians were crying for universal background checks and for the states to enact Red Flag Laws. Now, with the latest  shooting in Philadelphia and other parts of America, the antigun movement organizations are pushing even harder for massive gun control laws. Readers, please do not buy into the social justice lies on gun control. With universal background check legislation comes gun registration. Gun registration will cause confiscation. And regardless of gun laws, criminals, gangs, and even dirty government officials will always get their hands on guns and other weapons.

It’s been shown that psychiatric drugs create violence and suicide, and this is evident in school shootings and other acts of senseless violence.

Psychiatric Drugs & Violence – The Facts

Fact: Despite 27 international drug regulatory warnings on psychiatric drugs citing effects of mania, hostility, violence and even homicidal ideation, and dozens of high profile shootings/killings tied to psychiatric drug use, there has yet to be a federal investigation on the link between psychiatric drugs and acts of senseless violence.

Ritalin is one of the drugs prescribed for persons with ADHD. For Ritalin there are 25 warnings.

In closing:  gangs, criminals, or any evil person can walk right past a posted “gun-free zone” sign and start shooting people… Mass shootings and massacres almost always occur in gun-free environments!  It’s happened time and time again!

Good people that are gun owners should not be punished with restrictions for the deeds of criminals. Yes, we need guns in our homes to protect ourselves and our families. Criminals will always have weapons to conduct their crimes, folks.

In our next article will be examples of the criminal activity that appears the government allowed to continue behind our backs. If you are not outraged by now, you never will be…

It’s all over the news! And it involves the federal government; the sick, twisted, sexual activities of officials; and lack of safety of our children and the general public.
