Instantly after the SCOTUS burns down the Texas election lawsuit from the ashes rises THESE absolutely unexpected maneuvers. We are sure many of your are feeling robbed of any form of justice yesterday, you aren’t alone; we have the evidence to prove it. Waking up this morning we can still feel the sting of a blindside punch to the face by a bar room bully too afraid to let us see him coming the night before. Of course that very statement nowadays can be considered controversial for it may imply that 74 million people could feel disenfranchised, how dare we! This isn’t speaking of fraud or stolen anything for sake of this presentation just rather that we are all treated equal and abiding by the Constitution; following the rule of law. According to the ‘NEW AUTHORITIES’, that is simply NOT OK. You will note I am being very careful what NOT TO SAY, but that is one of the very fundamental issues we face today isn’t it; a fear to speak freely, even when justified…just one of our Constitutional rights that no longer have any meaning. So out of the ashes comes two maneuvers no one expected to see, one from the Texas GOP and found as a filing, just after the SCOTUS response, on the official docket that may indicate a new temperature is being felt across these great States of America…we are a bit reluctant to put the word United right now at the beginning.

Supported yesterday, when the SCOTUS ruled that the Constitution is no more useful than a piece of toilet paper, was a worry by many that the very fundamentals of rule of law as provided in the very document that helped establish our Nations superiority no longer apply. We are going to stay laser focused on the 74 million + of voters that voted for President Trump and reach into their consciousness to discuss what they must be feeling as now members of the Restricted Republic. Of course, not forgetting to get back to toilet paper that, due to Covid-19, a roll of toilet paper is actually worth more than a constitution, just see here, we are now no more than a dollar store of justice. The SCOTUS many now be dubbed to many as The Supreme Cowards Of The United States, representing no more now than just 4 walls surrounding a void of justice, integrity and lack of rule of law to protect the fundamental things they should be looking after, more specifically, We The People and the Constitution of the United States of America.

Due to the facts presented above and what we are going to show below, many are calling for a distinct departure from our current path, dare we say a more ‘against the norm’ solution to react to an overabundance of injustice. With that being said, please recall these very, very important words…”We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.” We are going to re-write this, in some sense, later but for now, to all us old fashioned patriots that believe in the Constitution and respect each and every life given to protect this great Republic those words MEAN SOMETHING, but to many, they no longer hold any value. So, for today, again we are going to focus on the over 74 million that may not be feeling so good today. We, like you, aren’t much for sitting back and getting rolled over day, after day, after day…so before we get to a very real solution presented, A SOLUTION MANY OF YOU MAY AGREE WITH, maybe we should remind everyone why so many of you may feel so very disenfranchised.

After the Supreme COWARDS Of The United States yesterday ruled against Texas on the basis that, “The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution,” the Supreme Court’s order reads. “Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot.” I am sure you are feeling rather betrayed. They chose to take a procedural ‘punt’ rather than put their neck on the lines for We The People. For those of that claimed Trump packed the court and his appointed justices would save the day, well, sorry to disappoint them, they rather cowered in the corner, hiding with their lattes burning up the very document that is foundation of their seats and that they recently swore upon to uphold!

Remembering now, if you feel this way, according to the New York Times you are, as part of this quote, “Pleased with the SCOTUS ruling, but also immediately slightly terrified of where this crazy train goes next,” Brendan Buck, an adviser to the last two Republican speakers, Paul Ryan and John Boehner, wrote on Twitter. He later added, “We should know by now there’s a bottomless supply of crazy.” This coming for the same publication that titled one of their opinion pieces, “Why Did So Many Americans Vote for Trump?” going on to state we are so mindless that, “He [Trump] spurred his supporters to make light of the danger of infection, made the churlish refusal to wear masks into an emblem of emancipation from the despotism of experts and turned public health restrictions on businesses, schools and social gatherings into a tyrannical conspiracy to steal power by damaging the economy and his re-election prospects.” Well, I guess I too am proud to be one of the mindless idiots as they so state.

They weren’t alone in their disdain for those seeking justice, oh no, not even close. our most ‘disliked’ actor, I apologize, ‘news anchor’, Chris Cuomo has the following to say in an article titled by Fox News as, “CNN’s Cuomo cheers SCOTUS rejection of Texas case: ‘Trumpers lost … packing the court didn’t beat justice’”. He stated, “Congratulations, America! trumpers lost. Scotus kicked them to the curb. Again. Packing the court didn’t beat justice. My guess is the retrumplicans dont quit…because this was never about loyalty or law…it is abt fealty and cowardice. Make them Do their job! #Remember“. So, according to Fredo, we are the ones that don’t care about rule of law nor show loyalty. Well, isn’t that the pot calling the kettle black. But that in essence is the very basis of this argument. Those who TRULY believe in the rule of law and the Constitution and those that CLAIM TO.

Let’s take an easy example for sake of argument, are you allowed to defend yourself through the use of lethal force if necessary, should be an easy answer right…for those of us ‘crazy train’ patriots that believe in the Constitution the answer is YES! It is very different however for those new self appointed ‘authorities’ that CLAIM TO believe in the Constitution of as stated here in American Military News, “Proposed Texas bill requires gun owners ‘retreat’ before using deadly force“, now that might having you scratching your head, what in the actual (insert expletive here) is going on, and in Texas of all places? Well, don’t worry, Governor Abbott goes on further when speaking on this topic on his Twitter feed, “Let me be clear. The Castle Doctrine will not be reduced. We won’t force Texas homeowners to retreat. Especially with the crazy “defund police” ideas, homeowners need to protect themselves now more than ever.” He is referring to a statement by Texas State Representative Terra Meza that declares, again via her Twitter Feed, “My bill HB 196 and my position on the Texas Castle Doctrine has been misrepresented in the news as of late. It does not repeal the Castle Doctrine, and it does not restrict homeowners from using firearms in self-defense as applicable to current Texas stand your ground laws. What my bill would do if passed, would require a homeowner to exhaust the potential of safely retreating into their habitation before using deadly force in defense of themselves or their property. I filed this bill because the castle doctrine as it currently exists emboldens people to take justice into their own hands. While theft is obviously wrong, we have laws to address that. I don’t believe that stealing someone’s lawn ornament should be an offense punishable by death.” Yes, stunned silence I am sure, but let’s stun you a bit more shall we. This comes from Snopes just a short while later as they ‘fact check’ the claim, “What’s True – Meza’s bill would add a “duty to retreat” clause to laws pertaining to private citizens’ use of deadly force when they are not on their own property. It would also remove robbery and aggravated robbery from crimes justifying deadly force when they occur in a location that is not that person’s property. What’s False” well we’re going to stop there, because the rest truly doesn’t matter, the rule of law and the Constitution is being stole out from underneath us.

The Restricted Republic however aren’t very fond of just rolling over, sobbing, and rocking back and forth in a fetal position in the corner. We know, without a doubt that over 74 million people feel much the same way that you do today…non-represented by most in Government that have chosen to protect their own self interest rather than defend the single most important document in the land and single most important members of its union, We The People. So, and to this end, a thought arose from the ashes. To paraphrase, ‘what shall we do, what shall we do’…and then a filing hit the Supreme Cowards docket, almost as if the proverbial light of justice shined down and was heard the choir of our fore fathers singing deep in the distance. The Bill of Complaint read, “BRIEF OF STATE OF NEW CALIFORNIA AND NEW NEVADA STATE AS AMICI CURIAEIN SUPPORT OF PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE BILL OF COMPLAINT”, what was this statement about a New California and New Nevada?!? Well, we, for you, frantically dug in deeper where it stated, “STATEMENT OF INTEREST OF AMICI The arbitrary changing of election laws is not confined to the Defendant States. We agree with Amici State of Missouri and its co-Amici States concerning the unique importance of Presidential elections and the three importance of their three strong interests set forth in their brief on pages 1 and 2.1We adopt their reasoning completely as though fully set forth herein. Because of the Emergency Nature of this Action, this Amici has not been able to secure the consent of all parties.New California State and New Nevada State are directly impacted by the arbitrary and capricious changes in election laws and procedures occur with unfortunate regularity in the current States of California and Nevada. Part of the reason for the formation of New California State and New Nevada State is to stop the lawless actions of Governors Newsome (California) and Sisolak (Nevada). An opinion by this Court affirming a national, uniform rule of law re-establishing the supremacy of The Electors Clause of Article II, §1 of the United States Constitution will resolve some of the complaints causing the establishment of these new States.” According to what they have stated there is no doubt that is a significant degree of action, if you don’t like what’s happening, remedy the darn issue…form new states that WILL FOLLOW THE RULE OF LAW AND RESPECT THE CONSTITUTION! For many we’re sure this is sheer genius!

Then comes Allen West, the leader of the Republican Party in Texas who states, “The Supreme Court, in tossing the Texas lawsuit that was joined by seventeen states and 106 US congressman, [has] decreed that a state can take unconstitutional actions and violate its own election law — resulting in damaging effects on other states that abide by the law, while the guilty state suffers no consequences,” West wrote, according to KTVT-TV of Dallas-Fort Worth. “This decision establishes a precedent that says states can violate the U.S. Constitution and not be held accountable,” West continued. “This decision will have far-reaching ramifications for the future of our constitutional republic. Perhaps law-abiding states should bond together and form a Union of states that will abide by the Constitution,” he added.

Now, this validated exactly what so many had been thinking since the SCOTUS announcement yesterday. The only difference being that many now are awkwardly hesitant to throw anymore support behind ANY PARTY that has continually failed in representing us…the includes the GOP. We don’t expect too many to sit here and gripe and yell rather we must focus on what could be the beginning of formulations of plan of action. Too many for too long, in their opinion, have shown a lack of respect for the very fundamental document that made this Republic great, the Constitution. Too many for too long, have manipulated our rule of law an order to assure the only benefits felt were to them and by them as the seek to defund the very structure that was devised to preserve it. So is it now not time to form a MORE PERFECT UNION, to succeed from the portion of this Republic that chooses not to adhere to the very founding principals of this great Nation. We are alone in our thoughts. Even Trump’s Medal of Freedom recipient Rush Limbaugh believes like we do. [play audio clip]. “We are trending towards Succession” he states, the true words of a Patriot are spoken. The words shocking to many.

Now, how will America react to the change in circumstance now presented it? There is never room for violence nor force, no and please don’t mistake that intent…although radical factions have recently torn apart our cities, burned our building and left ruin to so many livelihoods; those actions are not to be mimicked. Rather there is now simply a matter of difference in opinion between let’s call it what they perceive as ‘us and them’. Those that believe in the Constitution and rule of laws and those that don’t. The Restricted Republic (you see now why we chose the name so very long ago) believe in American 1st, Constitutional integrity, small Government, power to the people, equality in ALL aspects of life, freedom of speech, liberty and justice for all. But now these have become the words of radicals, in the opinions of some, for they do not serve the ‘common interest’, not ‘the collective’ nor ‘the whole’. Globalist buzz words that are tearing apart the fabric of our very society. Will voices grow louder, calling for that time to end? What effect would that have on our states and society as a whole?

So many feel our existing systems are failing us, they are no longer representative to the foundation of the Republic nor We The People. They are demanding, as we’ve shown you, a more serious discussion of assuring every American has the the peace and tranquility they deserve. No wars, no battles. New York can be New York and Texas can be Texas. Calls for a new party are rising from the ashes of what our Government has burnt to the ground using the Constitution as kindling and dividing We The People to create the fuel needed to ignite the flames of anti-Freedom, Liberty and the Great American way of life. If you are feeling the same way your voice is no longer singular. All in America, as We The People deserve the pursuit governed pursuit of Life, Liberty and The Pursuit Of Happiness. So calls for a serious dialogue, form and action plan and execute on the fundamentals of maybe a slight re-do in American history are understandable and at their root are not seditious as Nancy Pelosi now calls them, they are allowed by the very constitution itself when presented to a court of law, as was the case in the Texas filing. To call it seditious is the very antithesis of the term.

We imaging in the minds of many they may be looking for a re-do and re-start of sorts and are devising thoughts sounding something like:

We the People of the REPUBLIC of the United States, in Order to RE-form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and re-establish the FOUNDERS’ Constitution for the NEW United States of America.” …just ready what New Nevada and New California called for…
