Authoritarianism takes your civil liberty away...

“Authoritarianism” is on the rise. A new governmental (especially Sweden) experimental form of it came along when the new pandemic was announced. Protection of our rights to choose how to act and be in the society is now something governments want to intrude more in. Fines for not doing this or that and be accused for not being precautious. Being sick or not don´t matter, what you´re doing as a citizen when they announce some sort of pandemic, they now want law to handle. So, if you´re in the wrong place at the wrong time where´s there is a bunch of people and you not wearing a facemask this could be considered a crime? People need to stand up for their civil liberty. Personal health should not be regulated by law. How each person wants to do (people, citizens) when there is some sort of sickness that can be transmitted is not a law thing. A government should work with recommendations and try to find the best advisors to them when they want to guide it´s citizens. But if it´s the other way around and a civilian wants to get sick? Will this also be considered a crime? Let´s hope not. It thou become tougher to understand when a person wants to spread disease. Let say scientist researcher finds out how he/she can make a disease. This is tricky but needs to addressed to. Here thou law could be worked out figure out the intention of something done. This also goes for governments teaming up with bad science. Maybe this could be worked out through the precautionary principle.
