Slingshots vs Tear gas | Israeli forces clash with anti-settlement protesters in West Bank

On July 16, on Jabal Sbaih Mountain, Palestinians from Beita and neighboring villages continued to protest against the construction of a new settlement nearby. The demonstrators threw projectiles in the direction of the Israeli soldiers present there. Law enforcement officials in turn used tear gas to disperse the protesters. Several protesters were injured and received medical assistance from the Red Crescent Society.
