Hey, before they wanted to build more ‘disease research facilities’ like this in Texas, never forget that the FDA and USDA tried to close Plum Island and build a giant new facility in Kansas (back in the 1990′s).
After all, you can’t get all those East Coast masses SICK, if you don’t put the potential release site WEST of the targeted masses!
