You are Right Bruce but also parents abdicated their role and neglected their responsibilities. I don’t have the so called 5 year old amnesia and can remember in my early years. My dad would lecture me about the kinds of things you spoke of though he did not all of them, but it was hard for me to understand but as this unfolded I had that in my knowledge base and could see what he was talking about.
