Once secure digital ID is fully set up, social credit is put in place, and everyone is tracked, it will be super easy to forbid communications with those having low social credit scores. Already, law enforcement are generally prohibited from fraternizing with convicted felons. It will be super easy to have all the tracking and communications continuously run through databases to flag govt agents who share the wrong sentiment, or even associate with those who have low social credit scores. Having a low social credit score could leave you completely ostracized by society, since no one will want to experience the negative repercussions of associating with you on any level. Obviously, this is already happening on some levels, but it will likely become encoded into law. Currently, the push is to find the most palatable way to convince the public it’s for their benefit. Although, after severe trauma to the populace, selling them something becomes less of an issue. I wonder what jargon and terminology will be used for social credit. Oh, and look for secure digital ID, perhaps with bio-metrics, to be necessary in order to access the internet. They can already determine pretty well who says and reads what, but they want it to become chillingly scary to read or post truth.
