On October 1, aces and eights, Chai, an Austin judge allegedly made a default judgment against Alex Jones in the lawsuit allegedly filed against him by parents of Sandy Hook victims.
On October 18, aces and eights, Alex Jones published a reply on his own site. That is where I heard of it yesterday.
# In case you don’t know, a default judgment is a finding for the plaintiff without going to trial.
# It is normally reserved for cases in which the defendant fails to reply or show up to court.
# That wasn’t the case here, since Jones did show up.
# Jones has claimed this was a show trial, but it isn’t. It is a fake trial, which is different.
# A show trial would be a real trial used for media, propaganda, or political purposes. But that isn’t what this is.
#This trial, like the similar trial against Jim Fetzer, is a phony CIA trial, run on paper to scare people like me from speaking out.
But since I ignored the Fetzer fake, they have decided to try again, hitting me
closer to home. They know I am from Austin and am now reading Infowars, since I have said so (and since of course they are tracking me online).
How do I know this is fake? Well, if you search on it, the first site that comes up on Google or Bing, even above msn.com, is FirstAmendmentWatch.org. You get the first clue very fast, since they
misspell “judgment” in the title of the article.
#So this is CIA-Langley on the first sniff. Do you really think a bunch of top attorneys and writers at a First Amendment website would spell judgment as “judgement”?

# We are told the judge was forced to this default judgment because Jones didn’t respond to discovery requests. So this story is for the legally illiterate, as usual.
#In a defamation suit, there is no discovery on the defendant.
#The plaintiff either has evidence against him or it doesn’t.
Jones posts all his stuff on the internet, and the plaintiffs would have seen it there, so they should have saved it. Short of that, there is a little thing called the Wayback Machine, which saves this stuff automatically.
# It is not up to Jones to provide the evidence against him, or incriminate himself.
# It is up to the plaintiff’s attorneys to show the evidence and prove it is libelous.
#Jones’ only required action in the suit is to respond, arguing it is free speech, opinion, and other protected speech, and therefore isn’t libelous.
#If anyone would be requesting discovery, it would be Jones, who has the legal right to know what the plaintiff thinks he has against him, so that he can prepare his defense.
#Yes, discovery is normally a thing defense requests from the plaintiff, not the reverse.
#Requests for discovery would come from Jones, not against him.

# In this same article, we are told the judge had already sanctioned Jones by making him pay the plaintiffs’ legal fees up front, in the amount of $122,000. But that is legally impossible, since legal fees aren’t awarded until after a judgment.
# There is no such thing as a pre-judgment sanction of this sort. If the jury had found against Jones in a real trial, then they could have awarded the plaintiffs legal fees and court costs along with the libel award, but no one can award legal fees before the trial.
Nothing could be more absurd, and it is beyond belief anyone would dare to print such garbage.
Only the CIA treats its audience with such contempt, so we know who we are dealing with. This phony website even prepared a “teacher’s guide on Alex Jones and defamation” just for me.
There, they assure me that the First Amendment doesn’t really exist and that no one is allowed to have an opinion on anything.
# According to their long legal analysis, if you don’t buy every lie you are told in the media, you have thereby libeled the writers at the CIA, who demand you do so. Even though the government and CIA have been caught lying literally millions of times, you are defaming the CIA by not gleefully swallowing every new lie they come up with, no matter how transparent or asinine

In fact, in a fair legal system, one not slanted toward the government to vertical, and one where the CIA was not exempt from prosecution, the CIA could be sued by me and everyone else in a class action for gross civil rights violations, include libel, interference with trade, gaslighting, illegally working domestically against their own citizens, psychological torture, and literally hundreds of other actionable offenses, many of which they admit they are doing.
Since I can’t do that, I do the next best thing. I sit here and tell the truth, which clearly hurts them more than anything else. The truth is their kryptonite.

Wow, even I didn’t expect this. The CIA writers are really bottoming out, after a long slow decline from nowhere.
Meaning, it was bad before but this is end-of-the-world, spit-in-your-face awful. The trial was actually televised and is now on Youtube, so you can go watch it for yourself and see all the ways it is fake.
As a start, just remember rule one of what I have taught you about these things:
# Rule 1: If it is televised, it is fake. Only fake CIA trials are televised. None of the televised trials have ever been real. NONE.
# But we knew it was fake going in for another reason, since there ARE no Sandy Hook parents. Who is Jones supposed to be paying $4 million to? The Actors Equity Trust Fund?
#I really can’t believe Jones agreed to do this, or that his bosses asked him to. It is a guaranteed fail.
A huge slice of his audience will, or should, abandon him immediately and permanently, and the timing couldn’t be worse because before this fake trial came along, his popularity was peaking.
Due to his pushback on Covid, Biden, Jan. 6, CRT, and other hot topics, he was riding the same wave as Tucker Carlson—though on slightly different beaches. And both were being used to promote the planned tanking of the Democratic Party and the promoted rise of the Republican Party.
Tanking—or even risking tanking—Jones right now is horrible timing for them, since he is such an important part of selling the hard push hard right.
# There have always been a lot of people wondering if Jones was controlling the opposition. We have to imagine that question has crossed the minds of most of his listeners and readers, one because that audience is fairly savvy and is the among the most “conspiratorial” out there.
They have been schooled on that by Jones himself, so how could they not be? Two because Jones has already given thousands of smaller clues he is doing exactly that. Some of those clues are not that small, I grant you, and I have
listed some for you in the past. But none compare to this clue, which is so monstrous it isn’t even fair
to call it a clue. It is like that scene in The Wizard of Oz, when Toto pulls open the curtain and we see Frank Morgan back there pulling levers and creating smoke and noises. Except that scene was
amusing, while this is just sickening.
# Not only has Jones now admitted Sandy Hook was real—as part of his punishment—he actually sucked up to the fake actors playing the parents and invited them on his show, to talk about how to stop school shootings.
# I guess he will be touting gun control next. Maybe he will devote a portion of Infowars proceeds to the Department of Homeland Security. He and Matthew McConaughey can do joint press conferences in Uvalde and practice fake-crying together.
But I guess I should be happy. I won’t have to visit his site ever again, or address anything there, since he just did all my work for me. What a strange suicide it was, though. RIP Alex Jones.

Do not let anyone drive you into the open arms of the Republican Party. Do not let anyone convince you you are that sort of conservative. Do not imagine anyone is going to save you, or that any institution, party, or famous person is your buddy.
# This will not be solved by voting Republican. It will not be solved by the old yoyoing from one party to another. It will not be solved by Kari Lake or Donald Trump or Rick DeSantis or anyone else.
# It will only be solved by you waking up and saying no to the whole nasty future they have planned for you.
# It will be solved by you seeing through the entire web of lies you have been caught up in your entire life, and breaking free of it. To do that, you have to learn to spot a lie, and if you believe any of the stories in the media—on either side, left or right, mainstream or alternative—you aren’t there yet.
# The “news” is manufactured from top to bottom, left to right, front to back, and I no longer believe anything, down to the weather report or the hockey scores.

the same tells, and then some. Watch the videos over and over until the whole thing unwinds in your lap, until every frame of it offends your intelligence. Then you will be where I am.

# I also like the part about the judge “scolding” Jones for lying under oath. Ridiculous, since it is called perjury, which is a crime.
# You don’t get “scolded” for perjury, you get cited, fined, or jailed for perjury. But there has to be clear evidence for that, and a finding. Without clear evidence of it, the judge would not be able to mention it during trial, since it is prejudicial. It tells the jury Jones is a liar.
#As it is, the judge just entered the claim of perjury into the record without an actual finding of perjury.
#Which is itself illegal, which shows up the trial as fake.
# Jones’ defense team supplied the appearance of perjury themselves when they “accidentally” sent years of Jones’ cellphone communications to the prosecutors.
Whoops! So, as we have seen in all the other most famous trials of the past century, Jones was actually being prosecuted from both tables.
# Jones used that to claim he was railroaded, and others have called this a kangaroo court, but both fall far short of the truth: this was all staged. Even when people are being railroaded by kangaroo courts, nothing like this ever happens.
# This kind of stuff only happens in CIA trials, when the trial is scripted by people who nothing of the law for people who know nothing of the law.
It looks like Langley could hire a lawyer to give these things some continuity, but I guess they figure why bother. Neatness has never been their strong suit, since before I came along they never needed it. In the past, people would buy anything, and the scriptwriters are obviously still working from that playbook.

# Another problem is that in a trial for slander or libel, there would be no need to look at Jones’ private conversations, since you can say anything you like in private.
# This should have been limited to Jones’ public reporting, which was all aired. You would study the tapes and written reports, which were published online and should be in the Wayback Machine.
# So all the talk of discovery has been absurd from the beginning. It was never up to Jones to present evidence against himself, it was up to the plaintiffs to enter that evidence, from his shows that were publicly aired and his pieces which were published online.

So as I have said before, from a legal standpoint none if this ever made any sense.
# Trapping Jones in contradictions was all staged, since he had no reason to respond to any of those questions. Any such question of what Jones said in conversations on his cell, or said anywhere else, were outside the purview of the court, and his attorney could just object to any line of questioning of that sort.
# The only question was, did he slander them in public statements, in reports sold as fact, not as opinion.
# Did he baldly claim Sandy Hook was a hoax with no evidence it was? No, so the case never should have gone to trial.
# It was all staged as a bluff, to make you THINK you could be sued for stating your opinion and presenting evidence.
# It was staged to keep you quiet. There are no laws of that sort, but they want you to THINK there are. Because if you keep quiet from fear of lawsuit or prosecution, there is no need to actually have any laws.
# You will then be controlled by lies, not laws. And you always have been.
# And here’s something strange: Judge Maya Gamble was elected to district 459 with 100% of the vote in 2018, with no Republican challenger. This despite the fact that her predecessor had been a Republican.
# Dustin Howell was appointed by Republican governor Greg Abbott less than one year earlier, in December of 2017. Yet he chose not to run for election in 2018, and was not a judge for three years, until he was appointed magistrate judge, again by Abbott. And who was seated before Howell in 2017?
# Ballotpedia doesn’t know, implying district 459 was created at that time. In one place, Ballotpedia says 459 is the last one in Travis County, but in another place they say 460 is.
# I also found this listing at Law.Justia.com, indicating Orlinda Naranjo is the judge in district 459, not Gamble. A search on that indicates Naranjo is judge in district 419, not 459, both of them in Travis county. So there is a lot of confusion on that score.

In case you didn’t know, there is a second Jones trial for defamation against Sandy Hook parents in Connecticut right now. That’s weird, right, since we see him in his newsroom every day, doing his Show.
#How can he be in two places at once? Is he twins? Scary thought, eh?
He just lost the first and separate jury trial a couple of weeks ago, with a judgment against him for $49.5 million.
# There were also previous Sandy Hook suits he (allegedly) lost in what Wikipedia admits were default judgments, which also doesn’t make sense because he should have been able to request a jury trial for any defamation case.
# A jury should have had to find against him, but instead we are told it was a default judgment, which is entered by the judge, not the jury. No jury found against him.
In the second trial, we are told he has not defaulted, since the trial is ongoing. We have seen video of that trial as well. Which means he should be there physically in court. And yet we see him everyday on his show. Are we supposed to believe he is flying from Texas to Connecticut and back everyday, or
has he set up a duplicate studio adjacent to the courtroom?
# I have dismissed both trials as fake, and we were given perfect proof of that today, when Jones himself reported that the judge declared him guilty during courtroom proceedings—which is of course highly llegal.
Here is what she said to his attorney, after interrupting him for the millionth time during questioning of a witness:
“If it’s not clear – wouldn’t be the first time – and you’ll move for an articulation, and I’ll articulate when I’m directed to by the appellate court. I understand that there will be an appeal, I assume-” Bellis explained before Pattis chimed in.

So he is being promoted even while allegedly being tried. He is also giving press conferences right out in front of the court, calling the judge a tyrant. Does that look real to anyone? The CourtTV
guy walks up to him and asks him if he is worried about a mistrial or a gag order. What? Can you have a mistrial of a fake CIA trial? Only if it is in the script.
# Another thing that doesn’t make any sense is that we see Jones commenting on his own trial everyday on his site. That is also illegal.
# Parties in a lawsuit are not allowed to discuss the case outside the courtroom until it is over. Why? Because it might influence the outcome. Jurors might go online and see him making his case. He is supposed to be making his case in the courtroom, not on his site.
# If this suit were real, the judge would immediately sequester the jury and put a gag order on Jones, to prevent this from happening. That isn’t happening why? Because they want this fake trial to be publicized as widely as possible, even by Jones himself, especially to Jones’ audience.

They did this first with Jim Fetzer, who allegedly had a large judgment against him on the same Sandy Hook event. No word on whether he has actually paid that. I believe he has claimed poverty, forcing Pozner to seize his book copyrights.
# Fetzer allegedly appealed his case all the way to the Supreme Xourt. Guffaw. Problem is, I looked up the Supreme Court case, and it also looks fake. The first clue here is that Wikipedia’s page on Fetzer has no mention of this entire lawsuit, though you would think it would be a big deal.
# Although there is a section on his “conspiracy theories”, there is not one word on Sandy Hook, either his book or his trials. As for that document I just linked at supremecourt.gov, it has the form of an appeal to the Supreme Court, but has no case number and publishes only the appendices.
I found another Supreme Court document dated August 31, 2022 (about two weeks ago) that is equally fishy, since it isn’t written in the expected language. I guess we are supposed to believe Fetzer wrote it himself, with no help from an attorney. That form is addressed to Justice Barrett, but Fetzer refiled it a week later to Justice Gorsuch. He also must have filed a similar appeal on May 16, since that is the
date of the appendices linked above.
I finally found it here, and it is not addressed to any specific Justice. So it looks to me like Fetzer is making himself look stupid on purpose, peppering the Supreme Court with multiple and poorly written appeals. He has become an Anti. First he questions the Sandy Hook event, then blackwashes himself. It’s textbook. If you will remember, Fetzer tried to rope me into this mess, asking for permission to use my research in his book on Sandy Hook. I said no, not because I was afraid of a lawsuit, but because I didn’t want to be tarnished by association with Fetzer.
Good call, eh?
# Anyway, on page 20 of the Aug. 31 document, we discover Fetzer’s outcome in Wisconsin was a summary judgment without jury, which again is illegal.
# This document even admits that, since in such cases the defendant is allowed to request a trial by jury. Fetzer brings up the 14th Amendment, which concerns equal protection, and the fact that Wisconsin’s summary judgment method does not match that of Texas, for example. We are supposed to believe no one in a libel case in Wisconsin has ever obtained a trial by jury, I guess.
But the document admits what we already know:
# Even though both Texas and Wisconsin have a right to trial by jury in their state constitutions it is not protected equally in the summary judgment methodologies practiced in the two states.
#The right to a trial by jury is in the Wisconsin state constitution.
# That being true, there is no possibility Fetzer could have suffered a summary judgment and the failure of two appeals. This whole storyline is impossible from the first word, so this Supreme Court document should not exist.

One of the things that made me double check AJ and crew was the infowars forum. I had well over 5000 posts there at one time. It became very apparent that only a certain political stance was allowed generally. The real hard core spiritual information was a no no. Not only frowned upon but deleted, and many forum members were deleted for posting such stuff. The moderators were a strange bunch to say the least. In the end I got banned for pointing out that George Bush was correct when he stated that the constitution was just a piece of paper.
AJ is an enigma for sure. He has woken many people up to the idea that something is very wrong in the world. I first heard him on The James Whale radio Show, back in the 80′s I think.
He is most certainly a limited hangout. People need to move beyond such information to find out what is really going on.
