Chief Justice John Roberts of the U.S. Supreme Court has shown the American people his true colors by DENYING the Petition for the Writ of Certiorari in the blackmail scheme case concerning targets (judges and officials) blackmailed with child rape and murder in a heinous blackmail scheme. In addition to that, the attorney Robert Thomas III said in email that the Supremes accepted (see email) the Raland Brunson case last Friday, January 6, 2023. Later on it came out that Certiorari was denied in the Brunson case. SCOTUS denied the most important cases which would have protected the U.S. Constitution, would have protected any remaining integrity and accountability left in the corrupt U.S. Government, and the Supreme Court doesn’t care because they are blackmailed. John Roberts is clearly compromised and blackmailed with sex crimes. He had two opportunities to recuse himself from the blackmail scheme case to comply with federal law and the U.S. Constitution requirements of impartiality under the Due Process of Law (both procedural and substantial due process of law), and instead he refused to act on multiple emergency motions and moved to have Certiorari DENIED on January 9, 2023. He ignored the EMERGENCY APPLICATION to Chief Justice Roberts for recusal, ignored the EMERGENCY MOTIONS, and he shown that he has violated federal law. John Roberts denied Certiorari by violating 28 U.S. Code § 455. Roberts has violated the due process of law clause of the U.S. Constitution. He has violated the ethics rules for attorneys and remained in the case to work with the other Justices, pushing to DENY Writ of Certiorari, and remained in the case when he had a personal interest in the outcome of the case (CONFLICT OF INTEREST). That outcome would mean it would benefit John Roberts to help to DENY the Certiorari Petition of Brian Hill today, on January 9, 2023. He is in conflict of interest and has unlawfully protected himself and has acted against both federal law (28 U.S. Code § 455) and the U.S. Constitution. John Roberts has committed HIGH TREASON. John Roberts has violated under 28 U.S. Code § 455.
